Obama Sneaks a Draconian Tax: HR 4646..Watch for it.

Nobody Flashes:
Okay—so I spent too much time in the pool today, and there must have been some brain melt there because all I want to do is watch Sam and Dean kill Ruby one more time. (Supernatural is addicting) For once, I feel like telling all my own pesky and raving opinions to go take a hike.

Those who have attended a online masters degree program  will recongize what a bad deal this is.

Nobody watched Rupert Murdoch today, stand up to the British Inquisition while being smeared with shaving cream. Really a prime moment for the British Parliament of elites— sadly, we here in America are their progenitors.

So, I’m posting this email I got because it REALLY makes me want to jump right back in the pool and cool off. Obama is going to tax us on bank transaction. This HR4646, is a nightmare.
(Thanks to Pattie)

Subject: 1% tax on all bank transactions

I RECEIVED THIS TODAY FROM VFW MEMBER

Watch for this AFTER November elections; remember this BEFORE you VOTE in case you think Obama’s looking out for your best interest. 1% tax on all bank transactions HR 4646.

This government just cannot think of enough ways to hurt the American people! I sure hope this dies!!!!

FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
1% tax on all bank transactions HR 4646 –

ANOTHER NEW OBAMA TAX SLIPPED IN WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP.

Checked this on snopes, it’s true! Check out HR 4646. President Obama’s finance team is recommending a one percent (1%) transaction fee (TAX). Obama’s plan is to sneak it in after the November elections to keep it under the radar. This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution – banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. Any deposit you make, or even a transfer within your account, will have a 1% tax charged.

If your paycheck or your social security or whatever is direct deposit, it will get a 1% tax charged for the transaction. If your paycheck is $1000, then you will pay Obama $10 just for the privilege of depositing your paycheck in your bank. Even if you hand carry your paycheck or any check into your bank for a deposit, 1% tax will be charged.

You receive a $5,000 stock dividend from your broker, Obama takes $50 just to allow you to deposit that check in the bank. If you take $1,000 cash to deposit at your bank, 1% tax will be charged.
Mind you, this is from the man who promised that, if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax.

Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn about this guy’s under-the-table moves to increase the number of ways you are taxed.

Oh, and by the way, you receive a refund from the IRS next year and you have it direct deposited or you walk in to deposit that check, you guessed
it. You will pay a 1% charge of that money just for putting it in your bank.

Remember, any money, cash, check or whatever, no matter where it came from, you will pay a 1% fee if you put it in the bank.

Some will say, oh well, it’s just 1%. Are you kidding me? It’s a 1% tax increase across the board. Remember, once the tax is there, they can also raise it at will. And if anyone protests, they will just say, “Oh, that’s not really a tax, it’s a user fee”!

Think this is no big deal? Go back and look at the transactions you made from last year’s banking statements. Then add the total of all those transactions and deduct 1%. Still think it’s no big deal???

  1. Actually … I’ve recently concluded (he’s swift, this man!) that there is a permanent unelected Government running the US, in the background; and one of the first things that happens after an election is the new US President gets called aside and politely (?) told exactly where he fits in the greater scheme of things. He knuckles under or goes under, that simple.
Look at the late great Obama. What is he now, compared to what he was when campaigning? Get hold of some pre-‘in’ footage and study it. It wasn’t so hard for ol’ Bush—not in the same league intellectually and a member of The Club anyway. But I think that Obama actually may have had some principles … until he learned just where he stands; gave it all away, and resolved to just enjoy the free helicopter rides and the martial music c.w. marines saluting etc.

1% on bank transactions? Once they get rid of cash completely—and they can do it—you’ll be fairly paying your ‘fair share’. Surprises me that they haven’t yet established a tax on oxygen—either a flat rate based on average consumption or fit everyone with little breath meters? Athletes get a cheaper rate even though they use it more, because they ‘bring glory to America’? Air breathed by forces personnel overseas not taxed because they are helping ensure The Empire?

  2. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is wonderful blog. A fantastic read. I’ll definitely be back.

  5. You are correct. It is H.R. 4646 Debt Free America Act. It was introduced 2/23/2010 by Chaka Fattah (PA) and has no co-sponsors. It has been referred to House Committee on Ways and Means and Committees on the Budget, Rules and Appropriations. Because it has no sponsors and is sitting in committee I believe this bill will not come to fruition but due diligence is warranted. I don’t think the House will pass this mostly because we have a majority GOP and they aren’t about to pass this.

There is also another “related” bill, S. 2965 with the same name sponsored by John Ensign (NV) 1/28/2010. Also no co-sponsors and referred to Committee on Budget. This bill seems like it really handles all the administrative things the first one doesn’t. It talks about setting up committees and what their rules are, how long it lasts, etc.

    • Thanks for that great info Debbie Pow… I shiver just to think that all these “bills” are just sitting around.

    • Well, Dandapani…I should put you on my payroll! ( HA! I have no money..how about a few drum lessons?)   Hmmmm…so they would get rid of other taxes and give us this one? Why do I not believe that would happen? I also tend to believe they put out this stuff sort of like a “survey”…for two reasons: 1. To get us used to the idea, and see how we react…and then 2. put in a lesser tax and then we all go Ahhhhhh, well that’s not as bad as that 1% thing! Whew!   They do it with gas prices. It’s a form of marketing…and that’s the nice way to put. The democrats all work together. If Obama wants something down, he always goes throught other people so that his fingerprints are not on it.   But then, many believe he is just a puppet, and that’s a ‘fact’ you won’t find on Snopes.

      • Do you have any “facts” to support this allegation?

        Obama “is just a puppet”?
