(If video does not appear…go here.)

Hey…it’s Saturday night, and this is one of my favorite video’s…I USE to teach dancing at Arthur Murry’s when I was around19. And I danced at the Boom-Boom Room on Miami Beach with my brother when I was five. We Danced every Saturday night for $50 bucks a piece. (I wonder where my fifty bucks went?)

Anyway…dancing is in my blood, but I married a man who does not dance…so when I saw this…it hit me hard.

Why am I not dancing? After all, it’s like riding a bike. You’re never too old to do it.

I guess I’ll just have to go put on a few records and dance by myself in the basement.  What do ya think? How can you NOT dance after watching this!

(Thanks to Janet)

  1. I don’t dance. I’m a closet dancer. Put a few drinks in me, put on some “European Dance Music” and watch out…

  2. Phew. I am not a dancer. Sorry. But some of that was just so ‘super’.

The American entertainment genre has a lot more dance than most. It can be quite exhausting watching all those lithe young bodies.

I see a big difference though between male and female dance. To me, most chaps look like they are dorky dancing; the girls can do as much dirty dancing as I can take at any one session of three hours or more of watching. I know that all women are ‘built’ pretty much the same but whenever a dress twirls up, my good eye is automatically drawn. hahahahahha. Don’t even ask what the bad eye is doin’.
