Will ANY Of Us Be Allowed To Speak Freely in the Future?

The Lone Ranger, Barack Obama and his sidekick Tonto (Eric Holder) are ever efficient at waiting for opportunities to grasp control of our free speech.
Whatever you may think of the last few weeks of “racial” remarks, they are protected by the 1st amendment. Americans…by our Constitution, have a right to say they hate one group or another. Or anybody for that matter.

Sterling, while an idiot AND a racist, had a recorded PRIVATE telephone call, probably as many suggest, a set-up by his girlfriend who didn’t get what she wanted.
We saw this with Mel Gibson. Shouldn’t there be a law against destroying careers with private telephone calls? Or is there one, and it’s just ignored?
Do they have a right to continue to work? Was Sterling NOT paying those black basketball players great salaries? Didn’t Mel Gibson give us some fantastic movies?
Well, Obama doesn’t have much time: In 2014, he might lose control of Congress, so the important news of today is he wants to monitor hate EVERYWHERE. It’s on the U.N. 21 Agenda list.
In other words, everyone must never say another word against anyone:

The Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014 “would create an updated comprehensive report examining the role of the Internet and other telecommunications in encouraging hate crimes based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation and create recommendations to address such crimes,”
The one-page bill, reviewed by WND, calls for the Justice Department and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to “analyze information on the use of telecommunications, including the Internet, broadcast television and radio, cable television, public access television, commercial mobile services, and other electronic media, to advocate and encourage violent acts and the commission of crimes of hate.”
Who would decide these crimes?

I am a nobody. If the different classes of America were color-coded, I would be in the yucky brown, one rung up from the bottom. I grew up in Naples, Florida and live near the Mississippi River now with my husband and two dogs. I am part of the slowly disappearing middle-class.
