Arab Spring…Coming to Your Men’s Fashion Store Soon

Nobody Cares
Nobody owns as many silly hats as I do, nevertherless…as I look around the world at other people’s hats, I must admit I’m a bit amazed.
Listening to Obama deliver his main theme of the wonderful world of the Arab democracy spring today in London, I couldn’t help wonder if the new fashion statement that they will be trying to get the young men to wear all over the world, so as to honor the new ARAB spring…is going just a bit too far.
Not the Fergie’s daughter didn’t at the Royal Wedding.
If I had to choose, I’d take J. Egar Hoover’s hat over the lot of them. There’s nothing I’d like better than to be a 33 master mason.
Until then, I remain…as you can see…cross-eyed.

  3. Okay…here’s my nobody opinion..

She held it on with a large rubber band hidden underneath her hair.

And she just sold it, for $130,000′

Not a bad investment..Actually, she should have worn sun glasses too. If you’re going to be ridiculous, why not go all the way?

    • Candle holders on either side would have been the perfect finishing touch ! Unlit, of course !

  4. Beatrice indeed has no self asteem issues, but the same can be said of Carol Buenette when she wore the curtains, rod and all in her spoof of Scarlett O`Hara in “Gone With the Wind”. She of course meant to be funny and laughed at / with. Beatrice, however, was just laughed AT. THAT ridiculous piece of wall-hanger / bed headboard decoration should never be put on a head, unless you`re drunk enough to chose a lampshade as well !

  5. Sherlock Holmes, SignPainterGuy.

Peter Sellars wore a RAF Officer’s hat in Dr Strangelove. I used to wear one of those too.

    • OH, Okay, the same “coming and going” ! The only one I ever laid hands on was too small to fit. I wanted it !

  6. I wear a Deerstalker, m’self.

    It takes a certain ‘courage’.

But nowhere near the courage young Beatrice displayed. Who says young women lack self-esteem. But the real question is, just how the hell did she keep it on? Was a two inch brass nail involved?

    • “Deerstalker” ? Is that the style Peter Sellars wore ?

I have a kacki tan booney hat for rain and fishing and a large collection of ballcaps I wear most days. My current fave is well worn, light tan with ROLEX Sports Car Series on it ! Most of them have something to do with road racing motorcycles or cars ! No beers ! From events I worked .
