A Russia Author Explains…Why EVIL Takes a lot of Practice

I found a book at a book sale, for a quarter…a novel called The Yawing Heights. The author’s name was Alexander Zinoviev. He was born in 1922, and he was a research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy of the Soviet Academy of Sciences for 22 years in Moscow. He moved to Munich and was stripped of his Soviet citizenship in September 1978.
While I was wondering today how SO many liars, criminals, extortionists, and just plain evil people can walk the halls of Congress, I came upon this paragraph today in his book.
I found it interesting, and so, posted it here. Maybe you will too:

On stupidity, baseness and other characteristics of the individual.
The qualities of the social individual, can be divided into the positive and the negative. An example of the former is intelligence. An example of the latter is stupidity. I wish to demonstrate that the former cannot be regarded as the absence of the latter, nor the latter as the absence of the former. Intelligence is not the absence of stupidity, nor is stupidity the absence of intelligence. This does not contradict the fact that these two qualities, beyond a certain value, are mutually exclusive. When in common speech we say that a man is stupid (or intelligence), that is an intuitive indication that the man has the attribute of stupidity (or intelligence) to a fairly high degree. When we say that a man is not stupid (not intelligent), then we mean that he does not possess the attribute of stupidity (or intelligence) in sufficient measure. Everyone knows that people can gain in intelligence. But for some reason one seems to pay little attention to the fact that people can also gain in stupidity. (Nancy?) In life, we often meet stupid people of whom we can say that are outstandingly stupid. Here we can distinguish between talented and untalented imbeciles. Stupidity must be learnt, just as intelligence is. People can attain to a really high degree of stupidity only after a long life and a great deal of practice. Absolutely the same is true of such attributes as cynicism, baseness, guile, jobbery, trouble-making and so on. The ability to be really vile doesn’t come instantly. To become an egregious bastard, you require not only a natural talent for it, but also a long and single-minded apprenticeship. So, it is not surprising that the really outstanding bastards are to be found more often among the ranks of the elderly and well educated. Moreover, where society plays a dominant role, negative qualities are not regarded as shortcomings. (Bill Clinton?) Quite the opposite, they are regarded as virtues, and encouraged by every means. Here (In RUSSIA) they are normal. An outstanding intelligence is regarded here as an abnormality, and outstand stupidly as outstanding intelligence. (Obama?) Highly moral people are regarded as amoral villains, (Trump?) and the most abject nonentities as models of virtue. (The POPE) What is in question here is not the absence of one quality, but the presence of another. As a result, a strangely negative type of personality is formed which reacts to the positive in the same way as the electron to the positron. (or vice versa)
It is comparatively rare to come across individuals with highly developed positive characteristics. (James Wood, American founders…Our President) Individuals with highly developed negative characteristics turn up in big numbers. (Our Congress) But in the great majority if cases negative and positive qualities do not reach a level where it is possible to say of an individual with a precision that he is intelligent, stupid, mean, noble, or what have you. The normal individual has, in a more or less developed form, both positive and negative characteristics (he is averagely intelligent, averagely stupid, averagely noble, averagely mean and so on). Only in a few strong manifestation’s does the positive characteristic exclude its opposite (negative) doppelgänger. For example, a person with highly developed intelligence totally lacks stupidity, or a least his stupidity is wholly underdeveloped, and a highly developed crook (Hillary) either has a total lack of nobility or possessed it only in embryonic form.
Nobody Comments: In our current progressive politicians, we can all admit that their embryonic forms were aborted. Nancy’s is still on the floor of the house. Bill’s is still on the cigar, and Hillary’s..is…in the basement of the FBI.

It’s interesting…today’s news cycle was all about Pelosi getting her hair styled when everybody else in California can’t open their stores. When caught doing her Marie Antoinette imitation, she instantly said it was a “set up” and demanded an apology.
Looks how she tries to turn this “YOU got caught” into ‘I Get to do this!” around.
Ha ha. She does the old two-step and tries to make it about the virus. MY question is, did she step in any human poop on her way to the salon? Or did that street get cleaned up just for her?
I wondered how pointless it was when she was bragging and showing off her thousand dollar refrigerators and expensive ice cream collection in the LAST video. How could ANYBODY in their right mind not know how that would be taken?
To me, Nancy has lived on the high hog of the taxpayers for so damn long, she thinks she DESERVES to be treated like a Queen.
A haircut?
Not ANYTHING compared to the fact that Nancy for YEARS has traveled back and forth from California to D.C. on our taxpayer dime….thanks to President George W. Bush. It sets 40 people and Nancy insists its’ not for friends. (It is always filled with the best liquor, chocolate covered strawberries, and probably Ice Cream.) 
“I want an aircraft that will reach California,” Pelosi told reporters, insisting that she doesn’t care what kind of plane it is as long as it can fly nonstop to her home district.
Pelosi and her aides said all she cares about is that the plane [be] able to fly direct to her home district in San Francisco without having to stop and refuel. Capt. Herb McConnell, the spokesman for the 89th Airlift wing at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, said the C-20 is sometimes “able to make a coast-to-coast flight at times during the year, but not when there are strong headwinds such as during the winter.”
I suppose she insisted that her nephew GOVERNOR of California, Gavon Newson, who is turning ALL of California into a third world country— gets to hop a ride on that too. Why travel to China with Joe when you can use Nancy’s plane?
Think about that next time you hear them complain about Trump’s kids.
In the end, this woman needs to go. Right now, they have plans to make her PRESIDENT, by starting a civil war.
Too bad they let us know their plans. But oh so typical of, as President Trump calls them, “Crazy” people.
Oh, and yes, the owner of the saloon didn’t like it one bit. Some guy she rents to did it, and I bet he got paid a nice big tip from Nancy. She, on the other hand, will have to move out of town.
You don’t MESS with Nancy.

When is the GREAT and MIGHTY Bush family going to come out on the scenes and support Biden in public? Will Jeb, and George, and all the kids, join hands with Obama and tell the country that “democracy” will be lost if Trump gets a second term?

Well, behind the scenes they are gathering, everybody they can find to get going, because it sure looks like Trump is once again, going to win in a landslide.
Jeb Bush is gathering all his buddies from Florida to help defeat Trump in his home state: :
The group named their plan “Project Orange Crush” and they expect to spend between $8 to $10 million in the coming weeks.
“Our plan is to surgically target the key 450,000 Independents and soft Republicans who will decide the election,” said a memo from the group, obtained by the Miami Herald.

Not to be forgotten, other RINO’s have formed “Republicans for Biden”
Republican for Biden: Former Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ), pundit Charlie Sykes, conservative writer Bill Kristol, former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele, former Rep. David Jolly (R-FL), columnist Mona Charen, and former Ohio Republican Governor John Kasich.
And how about Carly Fiorina? Remember her? Smart, we all thought— she sounded great on the debate format. She’s still pissed. CEO’s must have their big paychecks from China…
On Tuesday, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, who ran against Trump for the GOP nod in 2016, declared that she “cannot vote for Donald Trump in 2020.”
Not sure if Kellyanne’s husband is still in HIS group against Trump, but let’s not forget John Kelly, John Bolton, and Mitt Romney. All will be coming out again to tell us all of the danger. NEOCONS…HATE not having wars.

And here’s one I just read about in THE WEEK. (RINO MAGAZINE)
“The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute demanded last week that President Trump’s re-election campaign stop using Reagan’s name and likeness to solicit funds. The Trump organization has given a lot of money to Reagan Foundation. Trump said this “The Washington Post is running the Reagan Foundation.”
Right. That’s one of the reason’s I don’t trust the lady who is running the GOP right now. She was great at the convention, but she’s Mitt Romney’s niece for goodness sake.
Can we trust her?
And last but not least, can we trust Ted Cruz? Unlike Mitt, who was ungrateful for the support Trump gave him to get elected again in Utah, Cruz has been supportive. But who can forget his ruderous speech at the 2016 convention? I can’t. It was “You SHOULD have voted for me.”
We’ve YET to see the real feathers of Graham and Barr. Only time will tell. At least Glenn Beck came out an apologized for doing EVERYTHING he could to destroy Trump, and he paid for it big time.
And one last thing: It seems some of Melania’s speech at the GOP convention, was lifted from Michelle Obama’s….
Meredith McIver, a staff writer for the Trump Organization, took the blame, saying she inadvertently copied part of Obama’s speech after Trump described it as inspiration for what she was looking for in an RNC address.
Trump forgave her.
So really, the man is alone except for handful of trusted people he’s known all his life: his doctor, Rudy, his family, a few Congressmen and women, Tucker, Rush, and Hannity. And…..drum roll please…
The American people.
While we might never hear what the RINO’s are doing, you can bet behind the scenes they are spending billions, to get Biden elected.
I’m HOPING they come out and start bashing him.
Now, THAT would bring us another four years. Are they that stupid?
Do they hate the man that much?
We’ll see.
