Nobody’s Opinion
Last night, our 16-year-old American Eskimo had a massive stroke. She is totally blind, and the stroke left her dazed. On top of that, for the last month I have been nursing two very sick parakeets. I might not be here the next few days….as many of you know, our pets are as precious as anything we have in our lives.
So, I posted this article and the one after it.
For this Monday, I couldn’t have even written such a great article summation of what’s going on as this.
Another NOBODY…sums it up quite well.
THIS is worth the read.
My heart is with you. Our pets are our children, members of family, well loved, part of ourselves. There can be little hope for old ones. But hope is not all we have. Time catches up with us all. But we can love, and rejoice in their life, and be grateful. And nurse them in their last days.
