Nobody Gets Email
While Obama surprised everyone today by saying he’s going to Congress to get their “opinions” on whether he should attack Syria, most everyone things it’s because he doing it because he’s made such a big fool of himself on the whole matter up to this point. After all, he has not followed the Constitution on much of anything else: Libya, Obamacare, immigration, NSA…free speech, so it seems he’s just doing it for grins. He still says he has the right to attack at anytime regardless of what Congress says. He probably needs more time to gather the guns here in America, and he has said he will sign the United Nations gun control measure.
And he’s not the only one: Here’s a list of Congressmen and women who voted for it:

We came four votes away from the U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations.
In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads: “To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.” The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.
The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

I am a nobody. If the different classes of America were color-coded, I would be in the yucky brown, one rung up from the bottom. I grew up in Naples, Florida and live near the Mississippi River now with my husband and two dogs. I am part of the slowly disappearing middle-class. I was a musician most of my life: drummer/singer/keyboards—but I retired before the plastic surgery flu hit. I have no degrees, which could be a good thing…depending on how you view our educational system. I do have three patents…but that really doesn’t make me a somebody. The one thing that is constant in my life is my OPINIONS, which i have more than perhaps even Carl Sagan could have imagined…mostly political. (yes…my ancestors were crabby buggers)
