Nobody Flashes Favorite Angry Rant of the Week

Nobody Flashes

—My very favorite Paul Ryan angry rant of the week, and just look at that arrogant smirk on John’s face:

I would have arrested him and charged him with withholding evidence from Congress.

But, he knows they won’t touch him.

  1. I found Paul Ryan’s “rant” disappointing. Why didn’t he ask the commissioner how (and whether) his organization is complying with federal regulations on data retention? Ryan clearly wasn’t prepared with the facts so all he did was argue about who said what on what day. Actually, it was more than disappointing, it was pathetic. Nobodies like you and I probably know more about federal regulations and data backup than Ryan appeared to.

There’s a private company – Sonasoft – that advertises they do data backup for the IRS. The IRS has a contract with them. Why no questions on that? http://reason.com/blog/2014/06/20/the-irs-had-a-contract-with-an-email-bac

    • Exactly…isn’t it amazing the ‘political’ theater that is put on by both sides?   I liked Ryan when he first came out, but then again, I like George W. too. Ryan is now part of the “look like you care” and do nothing crowd.   Imagine what scandals would be released (NSA) by the President and his team if Congress actually went after any of them.

  3. Koskinen has had a lot time to home that smirk. He was CFO of Freddie Mac when they ripped off their investors and the taxpayers. He served as the Deputy Mayor of the District of Columbia…as President Clinton’s Chair of the President’s Council on Y2K…and – get this – the official “Mr. Burns” impersonator/look-a-like for all “The Simpsons” related media events.

We’re in the best of hands.
