Nobody’s Fool: G. Edward Griffin

In all my years in the public American school system, I never heard, saw, or had a teacher mention ‘communism.’

Why?

You tell me. Most of South America is “electing” communist dictators now. And we have many of them hidden in our very deep state of America.

Here, G. Edward Griffin explained it long ago.

Interesting to say the least.

  1. It’s funny Joyanna,
I remember communism being talked about a lot when I was growing up, but then maybe it was my mother who was telling me about it? She worked for the gov’t from the time she graduated high school I think… ’til she was “RIF’d” (reduction in force) at age 56. We watched films too (still do) that Hollywood made back in the 40s through the 60s that were about the fight against communism. So I’ve always been aware of the things like the video you posted above. I certainly heard a lot about “McCarthyism” tho’ it ended about the time I was born. I also read a lot of books that were about it as well ~ even novels. Have you ever read any Helen MacInnes novels? She started writing in 1941 with her first book, a WW2 thriller “Above Suspicion” and continued to write up until 1984 (most of her later books shifted to the Cold War so they were about communism); she died a year later in Sept. of 85. I used to get her books from the library but they’ve gotten rid of all but two of them! If you can find her books anywhere they’re excellent reading! ~ Mrs. O

    • That’s great that you had all that education on it. Mine was totally absent. But, later on, I got as many books about communism as I could, and of course Ayn Rand, that sort of stuff.  Right now I’m rereading the Da Vinci Code, and it’s amazing that what they were promoting more in the book: Transexualism, never came out in the movie. Funny how you can read a book ten years later and because YOU are wiser, you notice things you missed before.  Know what I mean?  Interesting. Jordan Peterson has an interesting take on it. But he calls it Marxism.  Your mother sounds VERY intelligent, no wonder her daughter is too.

      • Thanks Joyanna; and my mother was extremely intelligent. She was the first person in her family to graduate from high school, and a high school education back then truly was the equivalent of a college education in my day. My college education was better than what passes for it today, but back then it didn’t cost nearly as much. My first year’s tuition, room, & board was only $1500 and I probably spent less than $500 on books! Dating myself here! 😉
Jordan Peterson is also very intelligent. And Marxism is what leads to socialism and communism of course. The “woke” crowd doesn’t like the word communism, so maybe Marxism isn’t as offensive to them? Who knows? They’re all offended by so much, it’s hard to talk to them at all!
        Have a blessed day ~

      • Funny you should mention your mom’s education: On my wall in my office is this picture of my GREAT-Grandmother, it’s her high school graduation picture. She was only 16. My own mother skipped 11th grade to graduate early. I HATED high school and wanted to quit my senior year, but my father wisely talked me out of it. I spent my lunch time in the school libraries.  So, I am so very proud of my great grandmother even though I never knew her. She was 16 when this picture was taken.  I just HAD to share it. Nobody in my family even cares about this picture, but I’m sure you understand! We both come from a long line of intelligent women.
