What Would Eisenhower Say About Hillary and Obama? Answer…
Nobody Remembers
NOTE: I’m busy watching the incredible feats of Michael Phelps tonight, so instead of making up my own usual rant, I’m just going to reprint a few paragraphs from A History of the American People.
If you think that Hillary’s and Obama’s record on ISIS is meaningless, remember that we once had REALLY great Presidents…
And Dwight D. Eisenhower was one of them. Read this, and tell me if Trump is not advocating the same principles of government of X President, Eisenhower:
Historians can trace the rise of huge executive power in the United States, accompanied by prodigious spending, through the Pre-World War One years of the Wilson administration, the vast expansion of federal and military power 1917-1918, the revival of large-scale federal industrial projects during the New Deal, their expansion during World War Two on a gigantic and unprecedented scale, and the way in which the onset of the Cold War made a large-scale, free spending federal government, linked to an enormous arms industry, and voracious armed forces, a permanent feature of the American system. Eisenhower’s third principle, reflected in his private diaries and papers was that the security of freedom through the world depended ultimately on the health and strength of the US economy. Given time, the strength of that economy would duplicate itself in western Europe and Japan,—he could see it happening—thus spreading the burden. But the US economy itself could be destroyed by intemperate spending by a greedy, over-large state, generating profligacy and inflation. He said of the military: “They don’t know much about fighting inflation. This country could choke itself to death piling up military expenditures just as surely as it can defeat itself by not spending enough for protection.” Or again:
” There is no defense for any country which busts its own economy.”
(And what has Obama been doing to our deficit? Busting our economy at every chance.)
Normally he ran balanced budgets. What he was most opposed to was a massive, permanent increase in federal commitments. He put holding down inflation before social security because he held that price stability was ultimately the only reliable form of social security. He loathed the idea of a welfare state. He was in fact, deeply conservative.
TELL me that doesn’t sound like Donald Trump.
If Ike was alive, he’d be out there calling for arrest of both Hillary and Obama, and he’d be campaigning for Donald Trump.
Eisenhower was not only one of the greatest generals of all time, he left America AND the world a much safer, and richer place.
Thank God he didn’t live to see what they’ve done to the country.
Nobody Remembers Hillary’s Stroke, and US Generosity
Nobody Remembers
Actually, two subjects today: Let’s start with Obama. Today he announced that due to the fact that Muslims are poor, that’s part of the reason they join ISIL (Obama’s still insists on the NEVER Israel version) He is sending $2 billion to help build some of their infrastructure.
For $2 billion dollars we could fix our electrical grid so that one little ISIS guy could not kill us all. It only takes one a EMP over the center of the country, and voila, it would take out our electrical grid for over three years, and that would kill at least 90 million in the first year.
But obviously, taking care of the ISIS Muslims is much more important. Obama lied when he said that we have nothing to fear from ISIS. They can only kill 50 or 100 at a time. No big deal.
Why, the blacks in Chicago kill more than that in one month! What’s the worry?
Still, Trump is right. Our country is starting to look like a third world nation…and you have to wonder…When did this insanity of taking care of other countries before Americans start?
It started with Truman.
After WWII, the United States had shipped abroad a total of 23,405,978 tons, 44 percent of its foodstuffs, 22 percent industrial equipment, 15 percent clothing, and 11 percent agricultural supplies, the value amounting to $2,768,373,000 to other countries. In all it had provided $9 billion in aid. On top of this there had been the $13 billion spent on the Marshall Plan.
But that was not enough for Truman.
He came up with the “Point Four.” He decided that the world was divided between the “haves” and the “have not” and decided it was up to the United States to not only feed, but give all our industry, and our scientific advances and progress to the whole world. He believed that the people of the United States would gladly go without in order to feed the starving of the world.
I doubt if he asked them.
From A History of the American People.
Truman got Congress to budget $147.9 million and got Westinghouse helped out by licensing foreign manufacturers to use its techniques and processes. They helped them design their plants and trained their operatives. Sears also started teaching industrial techniques and merchandising to the Brazilian and others. By 1953 there were 2,445 US technicians working in 35 foreign countries. engaged in assisting with food production, railroad efficiency , modern mining techniques, public health, central banks and government administration. Point Four was enhance by bilateral aid agreements, and the sums spent by the US government continued to increase throughout the 1950’s and 1960’s.
Much of the aid was wasted. For instance, Africa alone has received over ten trillion dollars in help, but not much to show for it. So, WHY do they keep doing it?
Trump is right: America cannot do this anymore. But our government continues to tax us all to help just about everybody but ourselves.
**************.
The second thing is all about the history of Hillary’s health.
She had a stroke, and she probably still has a blood clot. THIS is why she is not being seen much.
No doubt, she is on drugs. And If I were Trump, I’d CERTAINLY bring this up.
DEMAND to see her medical history.
The Blacks Want FIVE STATES handed over to them: How bout we give them San Francisco?
Nobody’s Opinion
Well…I can’t wait until the “Commander-in-Black-Chief” comes back from his European vacation to lecture America on its racist problems, can you? Especially since it’s mostly his fault we’ve come to this point.
Blacks rioting in the streets. It’s not so bad, said Obama…in the 1960’s it was worse because back then the blacks were REALLY beaten up!” The cops are nicer now..so to Obama, it’s no problem.
What point is that? It’s about the bass, bout the race, no whitey. It’s all about the bass, bout the black race, no whitey.
No whitey is getting pretty tired of turning the other check. In fact, this ‘turn the other cheek’ from the Christian religion sort of loses it’s luster, when you are shot in the back dead.
There is a pattern now of WHY police are killing black people…it’s obvious to most: Whose the most dangerous animal to a cop in America? He’s probably black. The blacks WANT the police to be scared of them—anybody with white skin, whether a cop, or a pizza delivery man, if you come into their neighborhood, you are taking you life in your hands.
Like the Muslim neighborhoods in London, there are many black neighborhoods here that a white person would be scared of ever going.
Talk about racists. The blacks have become, thanks to Obama, the most racist people in America. You will never hear this on the TV, until now of course: It’s hard to deny that Micah Xavier Johnson was NOT a racist…especially when the black Dallas Chief of police calls him one.
Micah Xavier Johnson, a 25 year-old Army reservist who had served a tour of duty in Afghanistan, was photographed wearing a dashiki and holding up his right fist clenched in the Black Power salute. On his Facebook page, Johnson liked pages related to Elijah Muhammad, the Nation of Islam’s deceased founder. And he liked the Black Riders Liberation Party, the New Black Panther Party and the African American Defense League.
The democrats have created the poverty in the cities where blacks live, and they keep them all stupid, tell them that whitey is out to get them, and the only way they can get out of poverty is to sell drugs, or become a basketball player. BOTH parties are guilty for ignoring the problem. But the democrats OWN that poverty. They own it…but the blacks (not all of course) are so STUPID they never see how they are being KEPT stupid, and manipulated, and on the black plantation of hatred.
Simply to keep the democrats in power.
They hand them scholarships to college, and then they drop out, because they simply can’t keep up.
The other day, while I was watching the Congressmen grill F.B.I. Director Comey on TV, there was a black Congresswomen who…had a lot of trouble READING her statement.
She could not even read barely past a 4th grade level, and yet, she was a Congresswomen.
The black family had it better in the 1930’s. (Ask Thomas Sowell.)
On top of that, everybody knows that Obama has been working towards this point since he got into office—flaming at EVERY chance racist hatred of the Whites, and especially the cops, because he wants to nationalize the police. A FEDERAL POLICE STATE. That’s one of his goals. (And the U.N.’s)
So of course, they start with ‘police training.”
The media is nothing now, but the highest form of propaganda:
And on the Huffington Post this headline tonight:
Giuliani Black Parents Need to Teach Their Children To Respect Police
His Shameful MSNBC Appearance
“There’s too much violence in the black community,” he said. “[I]f you want to deal with this on the black side, you’ve got to teach your children to be respectful to the police and you’ve got to teach your children that the real danger to them is not the police; the real danger to them, 99 out of 100 times, 9,900 out of 1,000 times, are other black kids who are gonna kill them. That’s the way they’re gonna die.”
The truth is shameful? (It’s all about the black– bout the black, no whitey.)
Hillary is not going to be elected by her own account. Only fraud can get her elected. There are too many blacks waking up to the knowledge that HEY…I’m ever worse off than I was before. And she’s white. Why should I vote for her?
The administration has been working with these black groups in order to keep on Destroying America…Obama WANTS this race war. Who does it benefit?
The democrats.
Compare Obama to Ben Carson. Alan West, Thomas Sowell, and the many other black successful men that you can think of. Or not.
It’s too depressing.
The only way democrats/Marxists can stay in power is by throwing a good old fashion communist takeover…they are trying to start…a revolution.
And who better to start a black race war than the first black president?
“Whenever those of us who are concerned about failures of the criminal justice system attack police, you are doing a disservice to the cause,” the United States’ first black president told a news conference.
The black lives matter cause, of course…oh they had a peaceful demonstration where 22 cops were hospitalized. It’s okay. Nothing to see here. BLM is an important group.
Tonight I talked to my son…I told him he should register to vote.
“It won’t matter mom, Hillary is going to win no matter what. My vote doesn’t count.”
Sadly, I thought the same way most of my life, and sadly, more than half of me still believes that…but I do know, miracles can happen. We must at least TRY. How can we face ourselves in the mirror if we don’t?
Can the whites stand by and watch the blacks, and Obama destroy the rest of America?
Nobody Knows.
P.S.
I’m not sure when Obama is going to make this great racist speech, but…by the looks of some of the pictures, and the sheer LACK of any news about his visit, we can all imagine that Obama was not well received…his once every-so-glorious sheen of greatness has fallen down to his skinny little knees. The very FACT that we heard nothing about his visit means, it was a disaster.
Obama’s favorite pastor said this right before the shooting of the Dallas Police: Farrakhan said violent retaliation is the only way for American blacks to “rise up” and overthrow their white oppressors.
Will there be a race war?
Nobody Knows. But, the blacks want the whites to hand over a few states: This from the leader of the Black Panther. (Old friends of Hillary Clinton.)
The end game is land ownership. The endgame is our own government in a nation within a nation. Okay. So we claim the states of Louisiana, we claim the states of Mississippi, we claim the states of South Carolina, we claim the states of Alabama, and we claim the states of Georgia.
Ha ha ha ha…
Good luck with that. But, I don’t think too many of us would mind if we gave them San Francisco.

Not Your Usual— Muhammed Ali was a God— Column
Nobody Knows
I’m not sure how to feel about Muhammad Ali dying, because you see, I was NOT a boxing fan growing up. In fact, the first time I ever heard of the man was only because he got his picture-taking with the Beatles.
All I knew was that he was funny, and a good boxer. And his name was Cassius Clay.
I didn’t watch any of the famous fights. But…Ali was ALWAYS on the news. He was a master promoter of himself, and an entertainer to boot. Later on, with Howard Cosell, they became sort of the Abbot and Costello of the sports world.
But, I’m a baby boomer. And I remember how angry all of America was when Cassias Clay, who was worshipped by most American men, decided to change his name to Muhammad, and join the nation of Islam so that he could get out of the Vietnam War.
At the time, most of us had friends who were drafted, and never came home, or if they did, they come home really messed up.
The thought at the time was: WHAT A COWARD. I mean, Elvis went in for God’s Sake. How can you call yourself the heavyweight champion of the world, but refuse to go and fight?
Well, he didn’t believe in killing people, he said.
To most Americans, he was just another rich man who didn’t have to play by the rules of the rest of us. IF he had just come out and said that he was against the war, and NOT have become a Muslim, we might have respected it.
But…it was almost as if he was trying to find an excuse, and Islam was right there. And he got the blacks to love him for it.
Maybe he made up for it in the later years of his life. I don’t know. After that moment, I just didn’t give him any more thought. He was a great fighter, and obviously a very smart man. He certainly lived his life to the fullest.
And he was AMERICA’s champion! And then, no. He was not. He gave himself to Mecca. America was just the country who helped him achieve his dreams.
But, here’s the problem. The democrats are going to use his death and milk it for all it’s worth. Already I’m hearing how the United States basically did him a GREAT injustice by going after him after he refused to go to war.
Sorry. It was the law, but like most famous and powerful people. Ali didn’t want to play by the law, and so, he didn’t have to.
He was above it. And now, they will use the great “fighter” image to show to all the blacks in America, and they will build him up to be the “peaceful” Muslim, and man of the world, beloved by all, yada, yada, yada. They will use him to promote allowing the ‘peaceful’ Muslims into the Western Countries…but if they ‘fight’ the white man, then Ali would be proud!
What a message.
I don’t think it’s going to work…but the propaganda has already started.
They think that we all have forgotten his treason.
Sorry. Many in America stopped honoring him when he slapped America in the face. Even if he was right about the war…to use Islam as his excuse, and getting away with it, was too much to forget for many of us.
The men who died over there, unlike Ali, had no choice. And THEY were the true great Americans.
Not Ali. He lost that title when he refused to serve. The truth is: Ali didn’t want to risk his life, OR his future earnings.
Later in life, the anger went away as we watch him suffer for MS., but still…to see all this glorification make me want to go on a long camping trip.
Sorry. I’m just not much for making God’s out of men, no matter what they did in life, when the real heroes are the ones who gave their lives for a higher purpose…their country, and freedom.
And there is no freedom in Islam….except when Cassias Clay used it to give himself the freedom of putting himself above other men.
By the way, do you think Ali will get his 72 virgins if he tells Allah he’s the greatest?
We’ll never know.

When we think of the history of the world, and WHY Western Civilization gave us all the inventions that the modern world uses… it’s pretty clear that all our greatest inventions came about through Individualism and the freedom for the individual to be able to develop and prosper without government interference. Real capitalism has advanced the world.
Crony capitalism, is just another name for Fascism, and it only advances the few at the top.
The next election is going to be about whether global fascism takes over with Hillary, or we return to true capitalism, the kind that Donald Trump wants to try to bring back. Trump, clearly wants to bring back the entrepreneurship spirit of America.
I don’t know about you, but I miss having enough money to buy a nice dress at Saks Fifth Avenue instead of looking for bargains at the dollar store.
That’s globalism. You don’t get much to pick from.
Remember Tom Edison? You should every time you turn on a light. There should be an Edison day, but the progressives of the world have deliberately hidden the greatness of Tom Edison, because he showed the greatness of the individual…and what can happen..when great men are allowed to ‘spread their wings” and soar. The world gets richer. Any Rand tried to tell us.
But…she too has been placed on the back shelves of book stores.
A reader sent me this link to another great man who has been completely ignored in all history books. Why? Because he did NOT get government help in any business undertaking he ever did. No wonder many of us have never heard of him.
I certainly had never heard of him before this email…so I share it with you…so like me, you too, can learn and be amazed at the life of James Hill.
Another great American story.
Enjoy! (Thanks to tioga.)
https://fee.org/articles/one-of-the-greatest-entrepreneurs-in-american-history/
Portions from the article:
Hill was born in the small town of Rockwood in southern Ontario, on September 16, 1838. Because his father died when Hill was young, he had to temporarily forgo formal education to help with family finances. Showing academic ability, however, he received free tuition at Rockwood Academy. Hill later lost an eye to an accidental arrow shot, which prevented him from pursuing the career in medicine that his parents had hoped for.
In 1870, Hill traveled up the Red River to investigate a French and Indian mob that had captured Fort Garry. During that trip and others, Hill saw the region’s rich soil while observing the St. Paul & Pacific’s steady decline. He became convinced that he could make the line profitable by extending it to Fort Garry. When the panic of 1873 put the railroad under receivership, he saw his chance to buy it and other lines in crisis.
Only a year after purchasing the St. Paul & Pacific, Hill decided to extend his railroad to the Pacific.
In 1893, the St. Paul, Minneapolis, & Manitoba reached Puget Sound at Everett, Washington.
Hill continued to expand his railroads in the early 20th century. He bought the Spokane, Portland, & Seattle Railway and added a 165-mile line from Columbia along the Deschutes River to the town of Bend. He also purchased several electric rail lines to compete with the Southern Pacific, and an ocean terminal at the mouth of the Columbia River near Astoria. He had two large steamships that operated between the terminal and San Francisco. This proved to be good competition for the Southern Pacific.
Hill had many other business interests, including coal and iron-ore mining, shipping on the Great Lakes, finance, and milling. A major related interest was farmland conservation. Hill was widely known in his day as a leader in this area. Unlike most environmentalists today, Hill believed that natural resources should be privately owned and locally controlled, although in some cases he believed state-level ownership was justifiable. He considered the federal government too distant to competently manage resources. Indeed, he once criticized the US Forest Service, saying that “The worst scandals of state land misappropriation, and there were many, are insignificant when compared with the record of the nation.”
A 1910 speech to the National Conservation Congress in St. Paul summarizes Hill’s views on government. He remarked,
“Shall we abandon everything to centralized authority, going the way of every lost and ruined government in the history of the world, or meet our personal duty by personal labor through the organs of local self-government, not yet wholly atrophied by disuse…? Shall we permit the continued increase of public expenditure and public debt until capital and credit have suffered in the same conflict that overthrew prosperous and happy nations in the past, or insist upon a return to honest and practical economy?”
He died on May 29, 1916 at the age of 77.
Hill was remarkable because he developed an area that most people thought never could be developed. His railroads made Minnesota and the Dakotas major destinations for huge waves of immigrants. In fact, Hill sent employees to Europe to show slides of western farming in efforts to urge Scotsmen, Englishmen, Norwegians, and Swedes to settle in the Pacific Northwest. As a result, more than six million acres of Montana were settled in two years. And because of Hill, the small town of Seattle, Washington, became a major international shipping port.

Nobody Remembers the Scot, Adam Smith
Nobody Remembers
—-That our American historians conveniently left out of the history books the fact that the American political experiment had its roots in Scotland.
I certainly knew that our founders got a lot of their ideas from various popular political writers from overseas, but not how many of them were from Scotland… until I read the book “How the Scots Invented the Modern World.” by Arthur Herman.
There was one Scot in particular that was used as one of the cornerstone of America, and that was Adam Smith.
Here’s a few words from the book, P. 219, and comments on Adam’s book, “Wealth of Nations”
“Consumption is the sole end and purpose of all production: and the interest of the producer ought to be attended to, only so far as it may be necessary for promoting that of the consumer. ” This was precisely what the existing British system failed to do. It put the interest of the producers and merchants ahead of that of consumers, who only want low prices and a ready supply of goods. Merchants often prefer the opposite. In fact, Smith understood that much of the British government’s disastrous trade policies came at the instigation of the London merchants themselves, who wanted to protect their livelihood.
His overall picture of the typical businessman is certainly unflattering, and reading it must have made some of his Tobacco Lord friends slightly uncomfortable. He notes that while they often complained about high prices, “they say naught concerning the bad effects of high profits. ” He spoke of their “mean rapacity” and “monopolizing spirit” an suggest that–
“the government of an exclusive company of merchants is, perhaps, the worse of all government for any country whatsoever.”
And do we not, now, in 2016, have a government that caters to an exclusive company of merchants?
Isn’t that why Paul Ryan and his band of merry globalists, are so against Donald Trump?
The monopolies will be broken up, and OTHER people, ordinary people, can once again enter the market?
But, getting back to the Scots…Donald Trump’s mother was Scottish, and Trump spews common sense with every speech.
Yes, that philosophy of the individual intellect and common sense with the emphasis on education…that spirit came out of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Many of these men came over here, and brought that great commons sense spirit with them.
We haven’t seen it too much lately.
And maybe Donald Trump is just the Scot to bring that great American tradition of commons sense, back.
Trump and Eisenhower: Shared Common Sense….
Nobody Remembers
Donald Trump gave an excellent speech on his foreign policy this week. Afterwards, Bill O’Reilly had him on his program, and was trying hard to get Trump to admit he was going to send in ground troops to take care of ISIS.
I couldn’t figure out— what was the point of the question? Why was Bill trying so hard to get Trump to tell him what he was going to do? That’s half the problem…I’m with Trump..
Our enemies don’t NEED to know.
The American people are pretty pissed off, not ONLY that Bush did a lousy job, by NOT winning the Iraq War, but then Obama just put more gasoline on the fire, and our boys were brought home to a terrible economy, caused by President’s blunders. Obama has had many ‘firsts’ but his most unforgivable one is the sheer number of veterans committing suicide.
Not ONE word of concern from Obama. And he slaps them in the face by every action he takes.
Too many lives were wasted on that war…and both George W. Bush AND Barack Obama are to be blamed.
Trump’s attitude about war, is to me, a sensible one. I was thinking that, he seemed to be a lot like Ike Eisenhower.
Not many people realize this, but Eisenhower was not really affiliated with any party until he ran for President. When he accepted the republican nomination he said his goal was…
“kick from office an administration which has fastened on every one of us the wastefulness, the arrogance, ad corruption of high places,…the bitter fruit of a party too long in power.,”
He was talking about the Truman (D) administration, which in Ike’s words, was full of “corruption…reckless spending…mismanagement of foreign affairs.”
That pretty much describes Washington D.C., 2016…wow. We’ve really come far baby.
Truman fought back—-calling Eisenhower “a liar, a fool, a hypocrite, so ignorant of government after a life in the military that he was at the mercy of the party bosses.”
Eisenhower came back with the fact that Presidents “need to build on the successes of their predecessors “and not try to abandon them simply because the previous president belonged to a different political party. “
Boy, does that sum up what Obama did after Bush, or what?
Eisenhower was always called upon for advice by the wimpy democratic presidents who didn’t have a clue of what to do on the world stage. He was a consultant to President Kennedy on the Cuban Missile Crisis (He would have NEVER gone ahead with it.) LBJ, on the Vietnam war, and Nixon. Not that they listened to him.
And Eisenhower gave every single president the same advice, the exact same advice that Donald Trump gave in his speech this week:
From the book, The President’s Club:
Eisenhower’s advice was consistent, from his days as a general, to his years in the White House, to his role as a veteran counselor: don’t fight unless you are in it to win. Don’t waste time and lives with half measure.
The horror of 9/11 can be traced to the policies of President Bill Clinton. The useless war in Iraq, can be blamed on President George W. Bush. And ISIS can be blamed on President Barack Hussein Obama.
In my lifetime, I’ve seen NOTHING but stupid and destructive decisions made by American Presidents. Reagan was the only great President in modern history. Carter, Bush, Clinton, and Obama were all failures, and have all became mega millionaires….while the rest of America was brought to its knees, time and time again.
It’s time we elect a man…who thinks like Eisenhower, who BY THE WAY…was not only a great general, but the country under his Presidency knew only peace and prosperity.
Peace and Prosperity.
Trump says that’s his goal.
Now…let’s get him into that White House before Obama decides to destroy it.
Nobody Remembers Uncle Robert
Nobody Remembers
Today…I saw my brother cry…for the first time.
He’s 65, so you know it’s been a long time coming.
And it was about a man who neither one of use ever knew: Our uncle Robert. I have always known that my father’s oldest brother was killed at sea, but that was it. Lots of men were killed in WWII, but our parents, when they came home from the war, never talked about it. Never. And my father never talked about his older brother except one time, after his stroke, when he was lying in bed in a hospital, I asked him how his nose got broken.
“My older brother broke it. ” he said.
“Why?” I said.
“I don’t know, he just liked to hit me in the nose.” and then he laughed. In fact, Robert, my father’s older brother, broke my dad nose not once, not twice, but three times. They were raised on the streets …poor kids in downtown St. Louis. Back then, fighting was a daily event.
When the war came both my father and his older brother joined because there wasn’t enough money to feed them at home.

cargo ship
But back to the story…my brother said that Robert was in the navy, and worked on a supply ship. He had joined in January, 1942, and wrote a letter to his mother saying, “Don’t worry mom, we won’t see much fighting, I’ll be fine. “ Basically a dear sweet letter from a son to his mother.
Now my brother said, that sometime in March, just a few months later that same year, this American cargo ship that Robert was on, came upon a mighty Japanese warship, which had bigger and longer guns. The cargo ship my uncle was on didn’t have many guns at all, so the Captain of the ship told the men that day. “We can’t beat them…but we CAN sink them.”
Evidently, all the men on board agreed. They would sacrifice their lives to sink the Japanese warship.
And so, the Captain rammed his cargo ship into the Japanese boat and sank it.
It wasn’t really reported in the news. It was just another battle in the universe of many.
My uncle died a hero on that ship, and the thought of all those brave men, fighting to the end…made my brother burst out in tears with pride and sorrow…which of course made me cry.
And then he finished the story.

Japanese Battle Ship
My grandmother got a box telling her that her son had been killed…but three days later.. She got the letter he wrote in January.
I know my brother wasn’t crying about uncle Robert…not really. Although he is the spit image of him…he looks more like Robert than my dad…but he was crying for the fact that THAT kind of bravery did not make a bit of difference in the America we live in today.
Men are noble, and still sacrifice their labors, their work, their pain, and for what?
Obama is President. OMG. — and the next President might be a maniacal woman, and what the HELL happened? What did all those lives sacrificed and lost for this great American country that we all loved…what the hell was it all for?
My brother and I both, feeling the pain of our country dying. Our father’s generation…gone.
John Wayne is dead. They want to replace him with some fluffy pajama boy.
And I can’t think of a line to end this with except to say-…I couldn’t love my brother more than I did tonight.

The typical U.S. household headed by a person age 65 or older has a net worth 47 times greater than a household headed by someone under 35, according to an analysis of census data released Monday. They like to refer to us as senior citizens, old fogies, geezers, and in some cases dinosaurs. Some of us are “Baby Boomers” getting ready to retire. Others have been retired for some time. We walk a little slower these days and our eyes and hearing are not what they once were. We worked hard, raised our children, worshiped our God and have grown old together. Yes, we are the ones some refer to as being over the hill, and that is probably true. But before writing us off completely, there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration.
In school we studied English, history, math, and science, which enabled us to lead America into the technological age. Most of us remember what outhouses were, many of us with firsthand experience. We remember the days of telephone party-lines, 25 cent gasoline, and milk and ice being delivered to our homes. For those of you who don’t know what an icebox is, today they are electric and referred to as refrigerators. A few even remember when cars were started with a crank. Yes, we lived those days. We are probably considered old-fashioned and outdated by many. But there are a few things you need to remember before completely writing us off.
We won World War II, fought in Korea and Viet Nam. We can quote The Pledge of Allegiance, and know where to place our hand while doing so. We wore the uniform of our country with pride and lost many friends on the battlefield. We didn’t fight for the Socialist States of America; we fought for the “Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.” We wore different uniforms but carried the same flag. We know the words to the “Star Spangled Banner,” “America,” and “America the Beautiful” by heart, and you may even see some tears running down our cheeks as we sing.
We have lived what many of you have only read in history books and we feel no obligation to apologize to anyone for America . Yes, we are old and slow these days but rest assured, we have at least one good fight left in us.
We have loved this country, fought for it, and died for it, and now we are going to save it. It is our country and nobody is going to take it away from us.
We took oaths to defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that is an oath we plan to keep. There are those who want to destroy this land we love but, like our founders, there is no way we are going to remain silent.
It was mostly the young people of this nation who elected Obama and the Democratic Congress. You fell for the “Hope and Change” which in reality was nothing but “Hype and Lies.” You youngsters have tasted socialism and seen evil face to face, and have found you don’t like it after all. You make a lot of noise, but most are all too interested in their careers or “Climbing the Social Ladder” to be involved in such mundane things as patriotism and voting.
Many of those who fell for the “Great Lie” in 2008 are now having buyer’s remorse. With all the education we gave you, you didn’t have sense enough to see through the lies and instead drank the ‘Kool-Aid.’ Now you’re paying the price and complaining about it; no jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes, and less freedom. This is what you voted for and this is what you got. We entrusted you with the Torch of Liberty, and you traded it for a paycheck and a fancy house.
Well, don’t worry youngsters, the Grey-Haired Brigade is here, and in 2016 we are going to take back our nation. We may drive a little slower than you would like, but we get where we’re going, and in 2016 we’re going to the polls by the millions. This land does not belong to the man in the White House nor to the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Eric Holder. It belongs to “We the People,” and “We the People” plan to reclaim our land and our freedom.
We hope this time you will do a better job of preserving it and passing it along to our grandchildren. So the next time you have the chance to say the Pledge of Allegiance, stand up, put your hand over your heart, honor our country, and thank God for the old geezers of the “Gray-Haired Brigade.” Footnote: This is spot on. I am another Gray-Haired Geezer signing on. I will circulate this to other Gray-Haired Geezers all over this once great county. Can you feel the ground shaking??? It’s not an earthquake, it is a STAMPEDE.
You and I are Members. Don’t Delete. Just Read and Pass it on!!
In God we STILL trust!
Nobody Reports About the BIG Picture…of Government Takeover and IKEA
Nobody Reports
Since Obama was all over the news today with his unconstitutional grab at our guns, and with the ongoing American Presidential Contest being festered to drag us all into watching the daily propaganda cable shows, it’s hard to pay attention to the fact that out West, a few good men and women are trying to fight back against the tyranny of Obama. Two men just went to jail for …something very minor. They started a brush fire on Federal land to try to SAVE their own lands, total damage…about $1,000.
The Oregon ranchers who are due to go to jail, Dwight Hammond, 73, and his son, Steven Hammond, 46, admitted lighting fires on federal properties in 2001 and 2006 in order to scale back invasive plants and to protect their private lands from wildfires, the Blaze reported. They face five years of imprisonment,
For that they will get five years in prison for being terrorists. Compared to the immeasurable damage that the illegal immigrants have done all across the vast expanse of the West, which comes to billions of dollars in damage….for which not one of them is arrested:
The report focuses largely on the damage done to the Arizona borderlands, in particular Arizona’s two largest wilderness areas: the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge and the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. These areas encompass more than one million acres of desert wilderness and are home to a stunning array of imperiled wildlife including the Sonoran pronghorn, jaguar, desert bighorn sheep, Gila monster, tropical kingbird, and desert tortoise. But immigrant traffic and border patrol activities have severely damaged these areas in ways that could take decades to repair.
What this is really all about, is our government grabbing land from small ranchers, small farmers, and people who have been harassed so much by the federal government, they just finally give up, and the government gets their land for a small pittance.
Diane Alden, a writer of Newsmax…tried to awakened the people long ago…to this tyranny, back when Bill Clinton first started grabbing up a lot of Federal land.
Read her excellent article on the government land grab written in 1999:
From….Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?
Just before the 1996 election, Bill Clinton declared over a million acres in the State of Utah, the Escalante area, as protected under the Antiquities Act. He did that without making sure it was okay with the State of Utah, its people, the congressional delegation, or the governor.
The Escalante is home to one of the largest deposits of clean burning coal in the world. Not surprisingly the Riyahdi family, owners of large coals deposits in Indonesia, were contributors to the Clinton re-election campaign.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to connect the dots of the fact that the progressives politicians have been working toward the Agenda 21 of the United Nations for decades, and the long term goal has been to get all the rural people back into the cities. Destroy the small farmers, the small bankers, the small business owners, control the water rights, the land rights, and put the land in either the federal or a bunch of rich billionaires hands. This has been happening throughout all our lifetimes, it’s just been kept secret.
It’s communism of course, but to do this took a lot of very quiet and clever social engineering.
With each flood, small family farms are wiped out. Put in the draconian death taxes, and in just a few generations, the government will have control over every small rancher and farmer left.
So…American liberty, individual rights, and property rights, freedom of speech, have been erased, and this is a plan that was hatched long ago, and we were warned about it. When you hear Rand Paul and Ted Cruz talk about the Constitution, it really IS just a piece of paper to the Presidents who now control most everything.
Still…I must admit, I was surprised when Montell Williams came out and tweeted this about the people who gathered in Oregon:
“Totally fine with a massive use of deadly force in Oregon to take out Ammon Bundy. #OregonUnderAttack.”
Montell has been on TV a lot, crying for the Veterans…and yet, he says this?
What an idiot.
The land grabs and the loss of property by the government and its’ massive takeover from American families, has not made it into our news.
Of course it hasn’t.
The next step?
Getting the young to move BACK into the cities.
Go to an IKEA store. I did this for the first time last week. They have on display, whole ‘rooms’ of LOOK! You CAN live in only 350 square feet of luxury! And those rooms were displayed with Hollywood flare…heck, even I wanted to live there.
Enticing, until you realized, there will BE no privacy. Your every breath will be heard. And forget having dogs or cats. It’s the European, downsized, come to the city and don’t drive to the country, and use very little, because we deem it good for the planet and WE CAN CONTROL YOU BETTER! …Signed with love, because WE CARE. Your Global Citizen Government.
Montell had one more tweet:
“I’m calling on Govt to end terrorist siege perpetrated by a bunch of hillbilly American Taliban #OregonUnderAttack.”
Now we know…Montell is just another black racist.
The truth comes out…sooner or later, if you just wait for it….but don’t wait too long…IKEA is not cheap.
Nobody Remembers the Day Ronald Reagan Became a Republican
Nobody Remembers
—-How Ronald Reagan became a Republican.
First— let me remind everyone that the story goes, that back when Ronald Reagan was trying to win the Republican nomination, there were the ‘back’ room boys who were trying to prevent it. They told him that he could get the nomination for the Republican party ONLY if he choose H.W. Bush to be his running mate.
H.W. Bush was what was known as a Rockefeller Rino. Reagan had no choice, so he did it. While Reagan took the country to soaring heights, H.W. Bush took America onto it’s New World Order globalist road which has left us where we are today.
Ronald Reagan was the last great beloved ‘conservative’ President that those of us who are conservative, put up as the hero of our political hearts. And so, it’s not surprising that Bill O’Reilly has come out with a book called, Killing Reagan, in which, according to Mark Levine, who used to work for Reagan, is full of lies.
So, since we have sort of the same situation in this political election, I thought it would be a good idea to go back in time and remember how Ronald Reagan, became a republican.
Some of this I got from the book The President’s Club, an excellent book by Nancy Gibbs and Michael Duffy.
Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan met in 1947, in California. Nixon was a 34-year-old congressmen and Reagan was the 36-year-old new president of the Screen Actors Guild. Reagan was truly concerned at the time about the communist infiltration of his trade union. Remember…Nixon was a conservative republican, and Reagan was an FDR democrat. Nixon got a hold of him because he has set up an investigating committee…so Reagan testified in front of the House Labor Committee which was investigating communist influence in American power centers.
After that short stint they went their ways.
Then Reagan started doing commercials for General Electric, and slowly becoming an anti-government man, and while he was doing that, Nixon became Dwight D. Eisenhower’s VP at the age of 40. Nixon took notice of Reagan who was talking a lot about government waste, so he wrote him a letter:
“I thought you did an excellent job of analyzing our present tax situation. In recent months, I have been greatly encouraged by the apparent trend on the part of the America people to question the tax and tax, spend and spend …elect and elect philosophy. I hope you will have many opportunities to repeat your wise worlds. “
Reagan wrote back:
“Audiences are actually militant in their expression that something must be done…I am convinced there is a ground swell of economic conservatism building up which could reverse the entire tide of present day “statism.” As a matter of fact, we seem to be in one of those rare moments when the America people with that wisdom which is the strength of Democracy are ready to say, ‘Enough.’ “
(Sound familiar? It could be written today.)
Reagan, started writing letters to Nixon…and giving him advice…
“I have a strong feeling that the twenty million non votes in the country just might be conservatives who have cynically concluded the two parties offer no choice between them where fiscal stability is concerned.”
(Again: Does nothing ever change?)
When it came time for Nixon to pick a Vice President…Nixon received a telegram at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago :
RESPECTFULLY URGE CONSIDERATION GOLDWATER FOR VICE PRESDENT. CANNOT SUPPORT TICKET IF IT INCLUDES ROCKEFELLER. …MR AND MRS RONALD REAGAN.
Reagan did not like the Rockefeller globalist, one-world-government, Rino’s, so Ronald Reagan became the vice chairman of the Southern California Democrats for Nixon.
“As a lifelong Democrat, today I feel no Democrat can ignore that the party has been taken over by a faction which seeks to pattern the Democratic Party and its politics after those of the Labor Socialist government of England. This is no longer the Democratic Party I joined as a young man. “
He gave his support to Nixon over Kennedy, even though Joe tried to get him to change.
Ronald Reagan became a republican one day at a fundraiser on Nixon’s’ behalf near his home in Pacific Palisade, park. Midway through his speech, a woman in the audience stood up and asked Reagan…
“Have you registered as a Republican yet”
“No I haven’t, but I intend to.”
The lady was a local registration official and place the proper form in front of him. Reagan signed it, to the cheers of the audience and then he said.
“Now, where was I?”
And that’s how great men do it.
