Nobody’s Fool: James O’Keefe
Nobody’s Fool
James O’keefe brought us the undercover tape of how one government worker was trying to help prostitutes in the United States, and how to game the system.
In this tape, he sets up fake oil men from the Middle East, who want to involve Susan Sarandon in making a film about fracking, in order to make sure that America does not attain energy independence.
Watch her manager’s face…all he is thinking about is money, money, money.
I have always thought the Hollywood stars are making big money off promoting the liberal agenda, and we see that here.
James O’Keefe wins the Nobody’s Fool Award for the week, for exposing, as he says, “The Truth.”
Go get James! Keep up the good work!
Chuck Schumer: First Amendment not Absolute?
Nobody Wins
Remember last month when I posted the New States Constitution that our Federal Government Paid $25 million dollars to some dweebs in California to write?
And remember when that Constitution said that it should be in the hands of the government, to give the final say on who gets money for campaigning?
Well…Harvard Graduate Chuck Schumer is getting right on that…he wants to put a few more nails in the first amendment, and using the most powerful argument used by all politicians since the beginning of the country, he credited that the founders, would support his idea..(Only he got the wrong founder.)
Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, stumbled Tuesday over basic American history, crediting Thomas Jefferson for authorship of the Bill of Rights during a debate over the First Amendment and campaign finance.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute,” Mr. Schumer said.
While Jefferson is deemed the principal author of the Declaration of Independence, he was not intimately involved in the writing of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, which is the first 10 amendments to that founding document.
Uh…the first amendment cannot be absolute? You’re kidding me right? Well, if the first amendment is not absolute, then neither are any of the others. So in Mr. Schumer’s world, the right of citizens to bear arms (not absolute): no troops can be quartered in private homes: (that could change) Guards against unreasonable searches, and arrests and seizures of property (well, that’s already been destroyed) Obama can arrest anyone in the country, without a trial now…so that’s not absolute.
Well, one falls, so go all the others…in fact go read them, and weep.
While it is true that big corporations run the country, because we now have a plutocracy, if the democrats get to decide WHO gets to give money, they would make sure that the Koch brothers were at the top of the list, and George Soros wouldn’t even be on it, or any of their movie star friends.
While most of the time, I think the politicians know their history, this time, I think Schumer really did make this mistake.
He could care less who wrote the Bill of Rights…he just wanted to use Jefferson’s name.
Most of the Bill of Rights has been decimated.
You know what Jefferson say about Chuck’s interpretation of the Bill of Rights?
“Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.”
To which the real writer of the Bill of Rights would add:
“The diffusion of knowledge is the only guardian of true liberty.”
Gee Chuck, if your going to site the founders to further your dirty work, at LEAST get it right. It’s a good thing some of us know still know how to read.
Nobody’s Fool: Dinesh D’Souza
Nobody’s Fool
Not only is Dinesh trying hard to save what’s left of America by displaying all that we have offered to the world, he also, has a great sense of humor.
Here he interviews the President.
Congratulations Dinesh! You win the Nobody’s Fool Award for attacking the heart of our problems: Obama.
(Enjoy!)
Dick Cheney: Presidents Have Complete “War Powers” …HUH?
Nobody’s Opinion
There isn’t much that Dick Cheney can say that doesn’t sound intelligent…same goes for his wife Lynne. I was listening to this couple this morning while putting on mascara, and not thinking much of it…until they came to this one part.
I almost poked my eye out when I heard Dick Cheney declare, that to him the most important thing going on was the “War Powers Act.” The question starts around 8.15…and it floored me.
Absolutely floored me. And by the expression on ,,,,,face, (9.30) it floored him too.
What Dick said, and his wife was quick to agree, was that James Madison had done a great thing, by changing the draft of the Constitution from giving the Congress the right the “make” war to “declare” war, thereby putting the whole job of being able to decide on all war (and make war) into the hands of the executive.
Huh? Oh, how clever. Write a book and say James Madison said it. OR…It depends on what the word “is” is.
Dick goes on to basically say that the power to go to war, remains the sole power of the President The Congress should never be allowed to mess with it. Lynne then goes on to say how Congress messes everything up. Not good to put that power in the hands of Congress.
Remember…CONGRESS is the people. They are supposed to represent us. Take away the Congress check, and you have a dictator.
And when does Congress EVER check the President? When was the last time?
(Read the last time here..)
All anyone who has read the papers of the founders know that the last thing they wanted was a King. Just because they made the President “Commander-in-Chief did not mean that he could start wars all by himself, no….it meant that he would be head commander of all forces. A Commander leads, he does not ‘declare’.
In fact, I thought the position that Barack Obama took when running for office in 2007 was the Constitutional one.
As a presidential candidate in 2007, Obama agreed: “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”
It’s evident that this out of nowhere “War Powers Act” , I.e., the power for the President to not have to go through Congress to take us to war, is something that Dick Cheney is very concerned about…and to me, it was like a lighting bolt of concern.
Are the elites planning another war and they do not want the Congress to interfere? Is this all about putting ALL power to the executive? Is this Clinton’s ‘third’ way?
One man rule?
Throughout our history, neither presidents nor Congresses have acted under the belief that the Constitution requires a declaration of war before the U.S. can conduct military hostilities abroad.
We have used force abroad more than 100 times but declared war in only five cases: the War of 1812, the Mexican-American and Spanish-American Wars, and World Wars I and II.
So…hey! No politician pays attention to the Constitution anymore
Lynne Cheney brought it to everyone’s attention that the recent Monica Lewinsky Vanity Fair article was all bout the Clinton’s being political savvy and getting that mess out-of-the-way earlier.
She was right.
But…Dick and Lynne Cheney are old political pros too. Releasing a book on James Madison, in which it can be reported that Madison declared that the President should have all-encompassing power and can do whatever he wants…is why we have a President now that is destroying the country.
According to David McCullough, a man who has written more books on Presidents than Lynne, our Constitution’s framework was based on the lst Constitution in the United States for the state of Massachusetts, and that Constitution was written by John Adams. Everyone in the Congress had read John’s essays on the Constitution. and its defense since he sent copies to everyone in Congress..including James Madison.
James Madison refined it, with the help of his friends.
Tonight I saw the sweetest picture of President George W. Bush, running around the White House with his beloved Miss Beasley who just died.
Love the dog…but remember…this is pure political propaganda MEANT to tug at your heart…and get your trust for government. Forget the vets who died. Forget the nation…these leaders are good. They have DOGS! Just like YOU!
Don’t fall for it. And don’t fall for the BS that James Madison wanted the President to have all that power.
“Honesty….is hardly ever heard————- but mostly what I need from you.” Billy Joel.
New Jersey Gets $100 Million From Zuckerberg…
Nobody Reports
Just because you happened to go to an ivy league school, and came up with a new idea for the computer, doesn’t mean you are bright in any other subject: And that’s the problem with some geniuses–their ego’s make them think that they can conquer any subject: NOT.
For instance, the average conservative knows that it’s the teachers’ unions along with the government that has ruined our educational system. You would THINK a genius like Zuckerface would know that too.
But, he wanted to show the world that that movie made about him, which made him out to be a spoiled egotistical brat, isn’t true. He is a generous and good person. And donating $100 million dollars to Newark, New Jersey to help the kids—well that was praised by all the elites
He gave the money to Obama’s two favorite New Jersey Wise guys—Cory Booker and Chris Christie, with no strings…they could spend the money how they wanted…little oversight.
Big mistake.
They gave it a name: Startup: Education. (laugh here)
As usual, nothing happened, and the money is gone.
Between 2010 and 2012, The New Yorker reports that “more than $20 million of Zuckerberg’s gift and matching donations went to consulting firms with various specialties: public relations, human resources, communications, data analysis, [and] teacher evaluation.” Many of the consultants were being paid upwards of $1,000 a day.
“Everybody’s getting paid but Raheem (RAHEEM?) still can’t read,” Vivian Cox Fraser, president of the Urban League of Essex County, was quoted saying.
The reform ended up looking like this: taking low-performing public schools and closing them, turning them into charter schools and “themed” high schools. But there was no easy way to expand charters without destabilizing traditional public schools.”
******
There’s the key word: ‘destabilizing.” This means lots of tenured union teachers would lose pay, jobs security, and pensions. But maybe Zuckerberg just wanted a tax write-off.
The kids of New Jersey are still dropping out, and won’t learn to read, and they will STILL…blame the parents.
Nobody gives Zuckerberg at least a little credit: Unlike Oprah, he gave the money to schools in the United Sates.. And I would bet you a $100 million dollars (If I had it) That Zuckerberg would do it again in a heartbeat.
Why he didn’t build schools for his favored class: the illegal aliens, I have NO idea–that’s next.
As usual: the money STAYS at the top–and you have to wonder about Zuckerberg. is he delusional? Or is this all about him?
Rancher Hage…Saved by a Good Judge
Nobody Wins
A reader brought this story to my attention: Mr. Bundy is not the only rancher that is getting destroyed by our government. It seems Nevada farmer Wayne Hage has been fighting with the Bureau of Land Management for two decades and it took him that long to win.
What did they do to Mr. Hage? Short of tying him to the railroad rail in front of a steaming locomotive— everything.
From The Foundry:
“The case has long, complicated procedural history, but in essence, the federal government in 1991 refused to renew a grazing permit that the Hage ranch had held on federal lands for a very long time. The government also interfered with the Hage family’s water rights, which pre-dated the implementation of the grazing permit system in 1934, by restricting their access to various streams and wells. The BLM seized the Hages’ cattle and filed a civil trespass action against Hage, at one point even building fences around waterways to keep thirsty cattle from getting water, a scene right out of a 1930s Western movie.”
So, who came to the good rancher’s rescue? Was it the Oklahoma militia? His neighbors?
Nope, it was a wise and decent judge: U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones
“Judge Jones issued an injunction against the federal government interfering with the Hage family’s water rights and ordered it to grant a grazing permit in accordance with the “historical usages and preferences” in that area of Nevada. The judge said he was restricting the government’s “normal discretion” in “this extreme case because of the conspiracy…and the obvious continuing animus against Hage by” government officials. Two government employees were held in contempt by the judge for sending trespass notices to people who leased or sold cattle to the Hages in order to “pressure other parties not to do business with the Hages, and even to discourage or punish testimony in the” case. The judge referred them to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for “potential prosecution for obstruction of justice.” That is quite an indictment of the Interior Department and its employees.”
Sadly, Mr. Hage died before he saw victory. His son won the day.
So, you have to wonder, how many other ranchers have been fighting this same fight that we haven’t heard about?
And this brings me to a point that drives me nuts. If these folks had got a liberal judge, they would have lost everything. I don’t know what it’s like where you live, but here in Missouri, when you go to vote for your judges, you can’t find out a thing about them. You can’t find out if they are democrats or republicans or what their records are.
Everything that is released on them, is very nebulous…like—-
Judge McRoy has been serving the community for 35 years, he is from the Law firm Beck and Beck, and is an upstanding member of the community—yada, yada, yada….
There should be information at every voting place telling you the habits, party affiliations, and records of each and every judge you vote for.
Good luck finding anything negative about any of them.
The fact that we can’t find this information, is proof that they want to stack the courts in their favor. The less you know about the judge you are voting for, the better.
As far as I know, I’ve never heard ONE other person besides myself think that this stacks the deck of corruption. It’s how the democrats get their agenda passed. It’s corrupt, and nobody seems to mind.
Okay. I had my say on that.
Still…it was good to read that the Hage family got justice. Hopefully, there is a judge somewhere that will stand up to the BLM whenever it appears. Nobody Thinks, that if we REALLY knew all that the government has done to steal land from the West, we’d be shocked.
Whatever happened to Woodies Guthrie’s “This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land, From California, to the New York Island. From the Redwood Forest, to the Gulf Stream Waters…THIS LAND WAS MADE FOR YOU AND ME.” ?
Right. That used to be an old ‘hippie’ song. Maybe we should start singing it again.
(Thanks to toiga for the article)
IRS Employees—Pay Less Taxes Than Warren Buffet!
Nobody Wonders—
How many of the IRS workers were actually being rewarded by Obama for going after Tea Party conservatives? After all, in case you haven’t noticed, Obama has a habit of promoting whomever gets caught breaking the law for him.
From The BLAZE:
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Internal Revenue Service has paid more than $2.8 million in bonuses to employees with recent disciplinary problems, including $1 million to workers who owed back taxes, a government investigator said Tuesday.
Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George arrives on Capitol Hill in Washington, Monday, June 3, 2013 (AP)
More than 2,800 workers got bonuses despite facing a disciplinary action in the previous year, including 1,150 who owed back taxes, said a report by J. Russell George, the Treasury inspector general for tax administration. The bonuses were awarded from October 2010 through December 2012.
Yes, work for Obama, do his dirty work, and you TOO could become the Mayor of Chicago! The next Senator! The next ambassador to Japan! And even, the next President!
Unless of course, you’re John Kerry. One thing we do know, HE didn’t get the missing $6 billion from the State Department. More than likely, Hillary needed to fund her next big campaign.
Who else could take that money without an investigation? As far as we know, that was her payoff for Benghazi.
Nobody’s Perfect: Brandeis University VS Topeka High School
Nobody’s Perfect
This week, we have two American schools that are in contention for the Nobody’s Perfect Award: Brandeis University in Boston, VS High Schools in Topeka, Kansas.
It seems the administrators of both these institutions invited two very famous ladies to talk at their universities, but…they ran into some complications they didn’t expect:
Not too long ago, Ayaan Hirsi—a woman who reminds you that all Hillary Clinton has done in life was push the wrong red button— was invited to speak at Brandeis University to receive an award for being such a great advocate for Muslim women’s rights.
After taking heat from some of its own over a decision to grant an honorary degree to an advocate for Muslim women who has made comments critical of Islam, Brandeis University withdrew the honor Tuesday night. More than 85 of the 350 faculty members signed a letter getting her booted off the honorary degree recipient. The university said in a statement that Somali-born Ayaan Hirsi Ali would no longer receive the honorary degree, which it had planned to award her at the May 18 commencement.
She was…Islamaphobic. ( I love it when liberals make up big names don’t you?)
You would be too if you had lived her life:
Ms Ali was raised a strict Muslim, survived a civil war, genital mutilation, beatings and an arranged marriage, and this was BEFORE she met Bill Clinton! (Sorry, I thought you might like to know the joke going on in my other mind))— and then, she renounced her faith and bravely worked with others to get out the message. She had to flee to the United States to save her own life.
And here’s why Brandeis University decided to cancel her: She had once said:
” Once it’s defeated, (Islam) it can mutate into something peaceful. It’s very difficult to even talk about peace now. They’re not interested in peace. I think that we are at war with Islam. And there’s no middle ground in wars.”
Yep, that’s what got her in trouble. Obama has declared, “We are not at war with Islam and never will be.”
Over 3800 online signatures tried to get her reinstated, but Hey…it’s Boston.
And then we come to Topeka, Kansas. Michelle Obama decided, at the last-minute, that she would come to Topeka’s graduation class and give a big historical shout out to the 60th anniversary of the Supreme Court, Brown vs. Board of Education,, brought against Topeka by some African-American parents.
You think Michelle would let THAT historical race market by without a big photo-op and propaganda message?
(Will she bring Oprah?)
Much to her surprise, over 2,000 people have signed a petition telling her to stay away.
Here’s what the petition said:
“We are honored to have the First Lady speak at commencement and the student body was literally crying and jumping for joy when the news was announced and we are in no way shape or form ungrateful for what the Board has done for us.
There are problems that come with the combining of the commencements. First of all, for most families in 501, money is short and we have spent hundreds of dollars buying graduation announcements that are now incorrect. The district has stated they will not refund this. Topeka High School’s graduation on its own takes approximately two and a half hours. The combining of five high schools will increase that to about six hours. With increased security the total time will be brought up to eight hours. Secondly, families have many people coming from states away taking sick leave to see the graduation. They will come to Topeka, only to find that they cannot be involved. Those with divorced families have to choose which side of the family they want to invite, this doesn’t even include siblings.”
Not to mention, everybody’s plans, and parties will be ruined because of the hordes of FBI and secret service that will be in town…streets will be shut down, hotel rooms already rented will be canceled. The ceremony will be 8 hours long and good luck finding a bathroom. Parents wait their whole lifetime for this event, but do you think that is going to stop the African Queen? Do you think she cares if people suffer by her decision?
THINK AGIAN!
So, who wins the Nobody’s Perfect Award for the week?
The faculty of Topeka, Kansas who did not say, “Well, we love to have you dear, but it would be much better if we just set up a big screen and have you deliver your message from the White House.” OR —the faculty of Brandeis University who did not want to offend their Muslim men donors?
You know what? I’m picking a winner: Topeka Kansas.
It’s one thing to ruin a hero’s life Ayaan Hirsi Ali..that’s just one life, and I’ve heard her speak. Her light only grew stronger from the snub. From what she has gone through…getting ditched by a bunch of elites is a laugh.
And Michelle, If I may say so myself: It’s immensely rude, and egotistical to ruin the lives of thousands of people’s one day of jubilation, just because you want to make a political speech to help your image.
Obama’s star is fading, and that’s why we are seeing Michelle everywhere.
So, congratulations Topeka! You win! Have fun!
Nobody’s Perfect: Harry Reid Now VS Harry Reid Then
Nobody’s Perfect
This week we have Harry Reid now, VS Harry Reid then.
FIRST: Harry Reid of the present day: We have all found out, thanks to some good Americans who stood with flags in hand and America in their hearts, that Harry Reid was behind last week’s WACO like invasion of the Bundy ranch. Yes, Harry sent helicopter and a 200 BLM armed militia.
So much for Mr. Mormon nice guy.
(Where WAS the governor on this?)
In my last post this week, I noted that “green” energy, is all about liberals taking control of just about everything…and have you noticed that the democrats have a nasty habit of selling off America, piece by piece, to the Chinese? Jimmy Carter let the Chinese have the Panama Canal. Bill Clinton sold nuclear secrets to them along with many of our most important ports, among other things. Obama has opened up our oil fields now, to China. Even Bush wouldn’t do that.
So, this is nothing new. The reason this was a turning point, is that Harry wanted to take land and property from a common American for his Chinese friends. Harry would have had to kill quite a few to get his way— he’s not that stupid.
And it’s no doubt that Harry was behind it all. Harry’s former senior advisor, Neil Komze, is now director of BLM, which sent helicopters and over 200 armed men..for what? To protect the turtles? On its website, BLM it had documents stating that the agency wanted Bundy’s cattle off the land. When the standoff became national news, they took it down.
Harry was going to make a lot of money:
They were getting a mega-deal. On April 3, 3012, Bloomberg reported Chinese billionaire Wang Yusuo, one of China’s richest citizens and the founder of ENN, had teamed up with Harry Reid to win incentives including land 113 miles southeast of Las Vegas that ENN sought to buy for $4.5 million, less than one-eighth of the land’s $38.6 million assessed value. But the story gets better. Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nev.
And, yes, money exchanged hands between ENN and Reid. The Chinese energy company contributed $40,650 individually and through its political action committee to Sen. Reid over the previous three election cycles.
Reid was recruited by ENN during a 2011 trip he took to China with nine other U.S. senators, supposedly to invite Chinese investment in the United States. The Senate group accompanying Reid on his 2011 trip to China included six other Democrats and three Republicans: Richard Shelby, R-Ala.; Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.; Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Mike Enzi, R-Wyo.; Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.; Johnny Isakson, R-Ga.; Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.; and Michael Bennet, D-Colo.
Funny isn’t it? Who’s the biggest crony capitalist in the nation? Harry Reid, is one of the biggest, and so to divert your attention away from his money-making mafia traitorous deals, he goes after the Koch Bothers.
Who’s the biggest Anti American here? the Koch brothers, or Harry Reid?
A Nobody comment I stole from Glenn Beck’s site:
Over the past twenty five years, from 1989 to 2014, Koch Industries has donated $18,083,948 in political contributions to Republicans. While that seems like a large sum, it only ranks them as number 59 on the list of top all-time political donors – behind 18 different unions. Many of the 58 contributors above Koch industries donate to Harry Reid. Could that be what Harry is trying to cover up with his accusations?
Read the Koch Brothers intentions (in the Wall Street Journal) here—it’s pretty clear they are great Americans.
Second, Harry Reid of Yesterday: He 2007 got a transportation bill to build a bridge on land he owned over the Colorado River. He used campaign donations to buy Christmas Gifts to the staff at the condominium where he resides. HE helped get his friend Harvey Whittemore, a Nevada attorney lobbyist who of course, like the Chinese gave heavily to Harry’s election to build a billion dollar golf course, Coyote Springs, (which endangered several endangered species.) His son was his attorney.
Jack Abramoff helped him receive over $50,000 from four tribes to help their gaming interests.
And the WORST of what he has done, as Majority Leader of the Senate: has destroyed much of our Constitution.
So who wins the Nobody’s Perfect award for the Week?
The Harry Reid of today; or the Harry Reid of yesterday?
Harry Reid wins now, then, and in the future as one of the most despicable degenerates to ever hold office, and proof that the mob is alive and well in the democratic party. He vows to get revenge on those American patriots. (Yes, he hates the tea party as much as the Koch brothers)
George Washington would have had him hanged for treason, and now, there are MILLIONS of Americans who really miss George.
God bless those Americans for standing up to Harry…but remember, he’ll be back. Bullies are just like that.
