Nobody’s Fool: Bradlee Dean
Nobody’s Fool
Bradley Dean is either hated or admired. In the beginning of this video, he goes into the sacrifice of all the men and women who died throughout our history…those who died for the ideals of America.
The beginning describes many of the blunders that our military made on D-Day which cost thousands of our men’s lives—- Something you don’t hear much…and then you wonder–how many more blunders were caused in all the other wars?
Of course, we are not the first country or the last to do such. Many questions are being asked today about Obama’s new strategy to eliminate Isis. There is no end, there is no strategy, just a …well, we’ll do a little more… attitude.
It’s 9/11, and to those families who lost loved ones today we mourn with them. I’m sure feel it’s just another year to wonder for them, and another day for sorrow. I don’t see the age old fight between the Muslims and the Christians ending anytime soon, do you? (I’m just waiting for Obama to pick a side.)
Bradley Dean is a musician who goes around the schools and tries to educate the kids on American’s founders and Constitution. For that alone he is an amazing guy.
The first half of the video, is about our solders, the second half is mostly about Christianity, so if you’re not a Christian, you might find it sort of preachy.
Nevertheless, I had never thought about how all the apostles died, most of them…a bloody death…most all of them for being a Christian.
Some things…never seem to change.
So, Congratulations Bradlee Dean! You win the Nobody’s Fool Award for the week!
It’s good to know someone is trying to teach the kids.
If you like his video’s, just Google him on Youtube.
Why DO Vets Want to Go BACK to War…?
Nobody’s Opinion
It’s a question that I always wondered about: Why do men, go back again and again to war? I’ve heard countless stories on Vets being injured, and wanting to go back to their unit.
Sounds crazy.
Sebastian’s opinion, is that the men form bonds, that NO one can match when they come home. By his reasoning, going shopping for baby diapers, is no match for the adrenaline rush while under fire, with a small unit of men, who form the most perfect emotional union ever experienced on the planet.
He makes it sound like the sweetest drug on earth.
And certainly, this war, more than any other war, is being fought by a very small percent of men, who keep going back:
Since the U.S. went to war in Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003, about 2.5 million members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and related Reserve and National Guard units have been deployed in the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, according to Department of Defense data. Of those, more than a third were deployed more than once.
In fact, as of last year nearly 37,000 Americans had been deployed more than five times, among them 10,000 members of guard or Reserve units. Records also show that 400,000 service members have done three or more deployments. Beyond that, far more soldiers in this all-volunteer military have been back for two, three, four or five tours, and the long-term impact on hearing and from traumatic brain injuries caused by improvised bombs will be felt for years.
Nobody Thinks, there is something missing here.
Not only are they coming back and being miserable, they are committing suicide at alarming rates. More than 69 percent of veteran suicides were among individuals aged 50 years or older, the VA reported.
Can you say, “When’s my appointment?”
Feb 1 (Reuters) – The most extensive study yet by the U.S. government on suicide among military veterans shows more veterans are killing themselves than previously thought, with 22 deaths a day – or one every 65 minutes, on average
Nobody Thinks there is a lot more to this: After all, the Vets from WWII didn’t come back and commit suicide or even WANT to go back to the killing fields. What is different about today?
FIRST: While we were attacked on 9/11, Bush’s little Foghorn speech on ground zero was NOTHING compared to the rallying cry of FDR. It was okay to be patriotic then. Not anymore. We had to get the U.N. permission….that took a long time.
Not to say that Bush wasn’t loved by the troops, but the media was full of “How we deserved to be attacked on 9/11.”
Everyone knows, but nobody says, these volunteers were mostly from conservative families.: Patriots answering the call.
SECOND: Unlike WWII where the men came home after a great victory, the country was bursting with confidence and opportunity, and the men came home, married their sweethearts, and along came the baby boomers.
They had…one thing that our boys don’t have—-Hope, and Victory.
Where’s our victory in Iraq or Afghanistan? Obama has let it all go. And Bush’s silence is also, to me, unforgivable.
If George W. was a patriot, he would be going on TV shows like Bill Clinton and be fighting mad.
(But, then, there’s Jeb’s push for the White House, isn’t there?)
IN WWII, The enemy was clear. There was no politically correctness going on in WWII.
The Military is now filled with officers who are liberal hacks.
I can see a bit more of Sebastian’s points. Our men come back, after being able to be “men” with other ‘men’ and they come back to this liberally infested politically correct— “Don’t’ offend gays, women, Muslims, or immigrants” —–And by the way, here’s your job at McDonalds.
And then…there’s the wonderful VA. They are not getting care, so they just kill themselves.
Sebastian ends with how in HIS mind, the men want to go to war, because of the bonding, and the adrenaline. He wants to find a way to stop that.
But maybe the battlefield, is the only place left where men can be themselves, feel their own worth, feel like they are making a difference? They can’t at home.
And that won’t stop until you go back to the way things were before: To an America not run by dictators, and globalists—and where America is a dirty that the Commander-in-Chief has to keep lying about.
Marriage, patriotism, a free market economy, good medical care, …and most importantly—Hope. Obama has sapped most all the hope out of this country, and to most of us, it’s almost too painful to watch.
But, it’s not just us that is suffering from the liberals—Look what is happening in Australia:
So…why do men go BACK to war? Is it because they are full of some testosterone maniacal need to kill? Or is it because, there is simply no other place on the planet that makes sense to them?
Nobody’s Fool: Senior Airman Brian Kolfage
Nobody’s Fool:
Senior Airman, Brian Kolfage is a triple-amputee veteran of the War in Iraq. He is a tremendous hero and a patriot of the highest order. This letter he wrote to Obama has gone viral.
Brian Koflage, is Nobody’s Fool…especially Obama’s. Read, and applaud the man who served, and compare him to Obama.
He shames the man with the truth of what it is to be…a real leader. (Somebody send this to Timmy Geithner.)
This is one of the most important letters that you might ever read. PLEASE…keep passing it around.
My Open Letter to Obama.
I nearly died in a war that you and most of your colleagues supported overwhelmingly, including the two presidents who came before you. Many citizens may not agree with waging war in Iraq to free the oppressed Iraqi citizens, but it’s something that warriors like myself have zero control over. I joined to serve my country and to better my life. I’ve seen things that you could never imagine, and they have made me the person I am today.
Mr. Obama, even though we share extreme opposite views, we have one thing in common, we both attended school in Hawaii. However, that’s where the similarities end. You see, as you attended your exclusive, private school, I would ride my bike to Kaimuki High school in one of the roughest areas in Hawaii every morning and would ride past Punahou, the exclusive private school you attended. I would notice the Bentleys, Maserati’s, and fancy foreign cars that all the kids were dropped off in; wow it must have been extremely rough in Hawaii living that life, right? I could only imagine what it was like to have that kind of money. Fortunately for you, not many people are aware of the school and the upper class citizens who attended it. The tuition to attend your exclusive, private school was more than it cost me to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona. You talk a big game when it comes to financial inequality, yet I’m quite sure you have no idea what it’s truly like to have sacrifice. You were one of the elitist children in Hawaii.
After High School, we each chose very different paths. You were able to attend Ivy League schools, and I sought out a military career to in hopes of earning a degree. What we have in life as children usually sets the tone for what we will face later in life that will make us successful. I worked to get where I am today, and YOU WERE HANDED IT….Mr. Inequality.
I volunteered to go to Iraq on both of my deployments, and the second time I begged to go even after I wasn’t selected, which ultimately got me placed on the team where I would lose both legs and my dominant arm. I’ve never asked myself was losing 3 limbs in a war worth it, even though many Americans were against it.
I am frequently reminded of the many young Iraqi children who would beg me for water, food, and toys while I was stationed in Iraq. Children, who in all aspects made the poorest of poor American children look rich. You have no idea what it really means to be poor. It’s laughable that you, who would have no idea what it means to be poor would so frequently play the inequality card.
While I was in Iraq, our mission was to liberate the Iraqi citizens from a tyrant and that’s what we did. Never forget, it was your people who sent us there, like the Clintons, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi & Carl Levin. However, since the day you busted onto the scene you’ve been talking about ending the war and pulling the troops out, not understanding the blood sweat and tears that so many Americans and Iraqi’sinvested. And with complete disregard for every life sacrificed, every limb lost, and every broken family, you bailed on our mission to pursue an agenda that was completely centered on your re-election in 2012. If you didn’t bail on Iraq you were worried that you may not get re-elected and that’s a fact. Just before elections on Oct 11, 2012 you said “Al Qaeda is on the run and Osama bin Laden is dead.” Look at Iraq now, they are in shambles and the Al Qaeda flag is flying freely. Clearly, you’re unfit for duty as a Commander-in-Chief. You put your own agenda ahead of America’s agenda, and now you have single-handedly ruined and destroyed nearly everything we gained in Iraq. It clearly means nothing to you, because the only thing that you’ve personally invested in that country was a promise to bail on them. However, people like me gave limbs, friends have died, and we’ve watched families destroyed by war’s aftermath.
I’m not placing blame on you for the war, I’m placing blame on you for destroying what we’ve worked so hard to build. You’re not a leader, you’re a community organizer. A leader would have stood up regardless of the situation and put America’s agenda first and that is ensuring a secure Iraq even after 10 years of war. But, you placed Barack first, just as Robert Gates confirmed in his new book. I can’thelp but think of those poor kids who I gave water and toys to 11 years ago. They’re probably 15 or 16 years old now, and I can only imagine what it’s like for them to have their nation being torn apart yet again; all because of your poor leadership qualities. Regardless of why we went to Iraq, its water under the bridge. We went there, we waged war, and we not only owed it to our KIA’s but we owed it to the citizens of Iraq. We invaded their country and turned it upside down, and you bailed on them. You bailed on our soldiers and you’ve wasted every death and every limb, it’s all for nothing. And to make matters worse you blame others for your failures.
You’re just another elitist rich thug who’s pretended to live the rough life growing up in the inner-city. You’re only worried about your own agenda and furthering your party instead of taking care of Americans. Your inability to be a leader at some of the most critical points has caused both of our wars to fail. You’ve been a joke to most of our veteran community and we have no faith in your ability to lead.

The Best Bill Whittle Yet…
Nobody Flashes
Just when you think Bill Whittle can’t get any better…he does. This is probably the best rant in support of our soldiers that I’ve ever heard.
It’s a MUST watch.
(Thanks to amfortas for sending it to me.)
Nobody Wins When Obama Rules the Military
Nobody Wins
The sad news today reminds us that our soldiers need our help:
From CBS
FORT HOOD (CBSDFW.COM/AP) – A soldier opened fire Wednesday on fellow service members at the Fort Hood military base, killing three people and wounding 16 before committing suicide at the same post where more than a dozen people were slain in a 2009 attack, authorities said.
The shooter, who served in Iraq in 2011, had been undergoing an assessment to determine whether he had post-traumatic stress disorder, according to Lt. Gen. Mark A. Milley, the senior officer on the base. He was also undergoing psychiatric treatment for depression.
In 2005, the number of suicides in the military was 120 a day, and its gotten worse. More soldiers have died from suicide than in action. We have a major problems with these brave men and women who go to war, or join for whatever reasons, and they can’t cope, and they just get pills pushed on them, which basically, numbs them but doesn’t get rid of the problems.
It IS a fact that some of those pills can cause men to go ballistic, and take others with them before they die.
We’ve seen it time and time again.
Obama made a few comments about this last Ft. Hood shooter— who took 4 lives and injured 16 before he took his own, and then went to his fundraiser. But he did say this:
“They serve with valor. They serve with distinction, and when they’re at their home base, they need to feel safe,” Obama said. “We don’t yet know what happened tonight, but obviously that sense of safety has been broken once again.”
But notice: He’s more concerned about the ‘safety’ been broken, which means he will use this incident once again for gun control, instead of addressing the REAL problems in the military which he has a big hand in causing.
Obama hits another milestone: He’s the first black president—- and his other firsts? We have lost NASA, Afghanistan, Iraq, and our AAA credit rating. He has destroyed the Constitution, our economy, and our healthcare. And now, he gets the record for being the first Commander-In-Chief whose military is killing themselves more off the battlefield than on. I guess it doesn’t matter: He’s already got the Nobel Peace Prize.
If veterans are killing themselves …sadly, it can only play into his well laid plans of finally disarming America.
I don’t know about you, but I’m going to start paying a lot more attention to every single vet I met.
Yes, it’s a sad day, but it’s to be expected with this President.
Soldiers Put Down the Guns…For Love
Nobody Flashes
I can’t think of anything more uplifting than that moment when the soldier coming home from war gets to meet his baby. (both of them.)
Enjoy!
Nobody’s Perfect: John Kerry VS The Alligator
Nobody’s Perfect
This week we have our “What button?” new Secretary of State, Swifty Boat Captain, John Kerry, stating that the USSR was no threat to any and the cold war was over and then making fun of Sarah Palin AND Mitt Romney for claiming that yes, Russia is to be watched.
And they were RIGHT. Russia has invaded the Ukraine.
And so, still in shock at the fact that he was wrong, and how it’s just not in his cultural upbringing to even think that Russia would even DARE act unlike a fellow civilized member of Harvard, John Kerry, said this:
“It would be very difficult for me to understand how Russia would reconcile its position on Libya, its position on Syria, its warnings against intervention in another country and then not respect the sovereignty of Ukraine and the will of the people there,” Kerry said.
“We’re hoping that Russia will not see this as a sort of continuation of the Cold War, we don’t see it that way,” Kerry said Wednesday on “Andrea Mitchell Reports” on MSNBC. “We do not believe this should be an East-West, Russia-United States — this is not ‘Rocky IV.’”
“It’s an incredible act of aggression…It is a really a stunning willful choice by President Putin to invade to another country.
“You just don’t in the 21st century behave in 19th century fashion by invading another country on completely trumped-up pretext isolate Russia with respect to this invasion. “
Well, Kerry has certainly come out with a bundle of good quotes to explain his shock and awe. He just didn’t see this coming.
And neither did the alligator, who for years, has had no fear from any other creature on the planet. Why be swallowed by a mere snake? Impossible! To think, that silly crane, and that turtle warned him…really. Don’t they know NOBODY would dare to attack him?
Poor guy.
So, who wins the Nobody’s Perfect Award for the week?
Why, John Kerry of course! An alligator, had a real disadvantaged. He can’t read.
Evidently, John Kerry doesn’t either, but he could take out a few history books…you know. Just to make us all feel a bit safer…he is after all…
Good god.
Go Ahead…Scarifice the Ronald Reagan….
Nobody Gets Email:
Here’s something I was alerted to in an email that is not being reported about much. It seems, when Japan’s Fukushima exploded, our Navy went to the rescue, even though, we must assume with the technology of today, both countries knew the men and women on board the USS Ronald Reagan would be sacrificing their lives:
From the Washington Post;
At least 70 have been stricken with some form of radiation sickness, and of those, “at least half . . . are suffering from some form of cancer,” their lawyer, Paul Garner, told The Post Saturday.
“We’re seeing leukemia, testicular cancer and unremitting gynecological bleeding requiring transfusions and other intervention,” said Garner, who is representing 51 crew members suing the Tokyo Electric Power Co., which operates the Fukushima Daiichi energy plant.
Even as the Reagan was steaming toward the disaster, power-company officials knew the cloud of steam they were releasing — in order to relieve pressure in the crippled plant — was toxic, the lawsuit argues, a claim that has also been made by the Japanese government.
“And then we couldn’t go anywhere. Japan didn’t want us in port, Korea didn’t want us, Guam turned us away. We floated in the water for two and a half months,” until Thailand took them in, she said.
“I was standing on the flight deck, and we felt this warm gust of air, and, suddenly, it was snowing,” Cooper recalled of the day in March 2011 when she and scores of crewmates watched a sudden storm blow toward them from the tsunami-torn coast of Fukushima, Japan.
So…was this Japan’s way of getting back at us for Hiroshima? Or— was this Obama’s suggestion of a cruel payback to conservatives and the military he so blatantly dislikes?
Imagine if the name of that boat had been the USS Barack Obama?
And yet today, we are talking about a mall shooting. The mall shooting might be used in Obama’s speech next week, but I can guarantee you, this incident will NEVER be mentioned by the White House.
Our men and women of the military deserve better.
(Thanks to Anthony)
Nobody’s Email: Bravo Master Sargeant!
Nobody Gets Email
I noticed this letter, from a very pissed off veteran, from one of my Glenn Beck emails. The Chief Master Sergeant, would like his passionate letter to Paul Ryan to become viral, so I am doing my part. Feel free to pass it around to everyone. He wrote it after he had gotten a request from Paul Ryan for a donation.
Obama continues to destroy our military. And Paul Ryan, just helped him out.
Congressman Paul Ryan
Congressman Ryan,
Please note that this request by you for a cash donation from me is extremely unfortunate and very ill-timed. You see sir, I am one of the military retirees your “bipartisan” budget just impacted. You and every Republican (both in the House and Senate that voted to pass this travesty betrayed and broke trust with me and everyone like me. You may not know us by name, but we’re the people, Congressman, who answered our Nation’s call, some of us at a very early age to willingly serve YOU and others LIKE YOU so you could safely attend college and pursue your personal ambitions without fear of harm.
You might also want to note that for at least 20 years, my brothers-in-arms answered that call of duty EVERY SINGLE DAY, without fail, without complaint, without enough money to sustain our loved ones we had to leave behind while we DID OUR JOB in every corner of the Earth. And for that service, we were given absolute assurance our so-called retirement benefits would be protected by law. The very law you shattered in your zeal to impress your Democratic cohorts in your back room deal–with the enemy. Yes, I said it. The liberal Democrats are an enemy to the American people and our Nation. Your lack of judgment and eagerness to compromise on the backs of us who protected you is sickening. Congressman, you and every Republican that voted for injuring military retirees have engaged in a complicit, sordid affair with the Democrats who’s objective has always been to dismantle the military. By climbing into their bed on this issue, you have confirmed you are absolutely no better than they and have proven it with your vote.
Congressman Ryan, the audacity which you display is noteworthy, but to unceremoniously snatch earned money from a small group that has added so much more value than the paltry $6B you looked to “save” (which is all smoke and mirrors and you know it), is reprehensible and insulting.
We have, despite the hardships, meager salaries and harsh conditions, have performed with honor and excellence…in silence, which is something most members of Congress have no idea about doing. Our job approval was, is and always be better than yours. We knew our mission and we got it done, then handed it off to a new generation in better shape than we found it.
Your ability to look us in the eye, take money from us (apparently there was ZERO, other source of waste within the federal government that you could have recovered this money from…right, got it), while simultaneously holding your hand out to beg (with passion) for our cash is stunning. Your actions have proven you do not have the tremendous intellect you’ve sold the American people on. I say, with all seriousness, Congressman, what you lack in intellect and spinal rigidity, you make up for in cajones.
I hope you and your cowardly, Republican “colleagues” hear a message from me loud and clear. You will NEVER receive another cent of financial support from me. Further, if you happen to be at a Capitol Hill dinner or at a K Street cocktail party with RNC Chair Reince Priebus, Rep. Ron Barber, Sen. Jeff Flake or Sen. John McCain, I would be honored if you communicate with them that I am launching an effort to ensure NONE of you traitorous “representatives of the people” ever receive another vote from a military retiree. Remove me from your contact lists.
Chuck Wooten,
Chief Master Sergeant, USAF (Ret)
