NOBODY CARES: Supreme Court— Why Not a Dwarf?
You have to love it:
Biden made a point to honor Justice Breyer who was finally forced to retire and he starts out talking about retiring Supreme Court Justice Breyer, and ends up talking about himself. Who else used to do that? (Obama) If you listened closely to Breyer speech, it might as well have been written by Obama.
I was taking a nap when I kept hearing over and over “It’s an experiment.”
What’s just “an experiment”? I thought, as I woke myself up to see Justice Breyer holding up the Constitution. Oh. Right. America was just ‘an experiment.’
Yes, Brayer was telling the youth of the country that according to our Founders, Washington AND Lincoln, that this government was then and is NOW…just an experiment. It was up to them and future generations to see if the experiment worked. Or works. (HINT: no, it doesn’t.)
Oh, and by the way, ‘We are in a civil war.” He said with a big smile. Then he TRIED to recite the Gettysburg Address and really mucked it up. Ooooooookay.
He should have left that out. He sounded just like Biden going “You know…that thing!”
Here we were witnessing the continued destruction of the Constitution:
Biden kept quoting Breyer as saying “The law must work for the people.” Biden mumbles a bit more and REPEATS “The law must work for the people” Translation: The Constitution AND let’s be honest, America doesn’t work for “the people.”
Then Biden announces he will choose a black woman for the Supreme Court. THAT will fix it. Black women, only represent, according to data, only 2 percent of the population.
Which MEANS…if skin color and sex is the new criterial for getting on the Supreme Court, then logically speaking, we need a gay woman, a gay black man, a transvestite, a Muslim man, a Muslim woman, and at least a few Chinese and since Peter Dinklage thinks dwarfs are being discriminated, at LEAST one dwarf.
No more white men or women.
Only yesterday, Kamala came out giving the Chinese talking points of protecting minorities, gays, women, blacks, transvestites, etc.
So, the Chinese colored revolution continues. Stacy Abrams must be sitting around Oprah’s house salivating on how to get on the court. Not sure Kamala wants the job, although they are trying to sell, her into it, because they just don’t know what else to do with her. Hillary was probably paying big bucks for that suggestion. Obama could be nominated, (being as many say he IS a woman) but, then again, being the background President now…he really couldn’t do much on the court.
Whatever.
One thing we do know, is this will keep the news media busy and OFF the actions of Biden and Russia, where Putin makes Biden look like the incompetent idiot he really is.

Personally, I think Peter Dinklage could complain not about some kid’s movie written over 50 years ago, that any adult knows was written to make the little kids laugh, (For Goodness sakes Peter “IT WAS A FAIRY TALE!!) but the fact that there ARE no dwarfs on the Supreme Court or even in the democratic party for that matter.

Is anybody surprised here? All three of the justices that President Trump fought for and got put on the Supreme Court, joined Justice Roberts to say they really couldn’t waste their time hearing about election fraud, after all, it’s only 17 states that joined Texas and filed the suit.
It’s only America’s election laws, not their problem. If America becomes Venezuela, who cares? They have tenure for life!
This Nobody Wants to know why THEY get to decide if they take the case or not. That’s a pretty lame law. Truly, what good are they?
The story now is: Okay. The election was stolen. But, you KNEW it would be stolen and you did nothing….so, we’ll give you…five minutes, and then you lose, and you’ll just have to fix it for next time. Not our fault.
Imagine if Bernie Maddox’s judge had this attitude: If you knew he was going to steal from you, and lie and take your money, it’s your OWN fault that you didn’t stop him. Too late now moron!

And that was because they invited the usual women lib protestors to come in and be obnoxious, and I’m sorry. I’m finding it hard to believe any of these women were EVER pregnant. Look at them.

Today is the day President Trump will reveal his pick to replace Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court. He can pick anybody he wants.
Who would I pick? Glad you asked.
I’d pick Judge Judy. Or Judge Jeanine Pirro. Or Rodney Dangerfield. (So what if he’s dead, can’t we just play him on video?)
After all, Kegan had no real judicial experience. Or how about Ben Carson? He must be getting tired of HUD work by now.
President Trump supposedly has a list of four already. And Mitch McConnell has anointed Kethledge as the establishment pick;
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is pushing for Judge Ray Kethledge to be President Donald Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court vacancy opened by the retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Here in mainstream America, the logical pick would be to put the one woman on the list, who somehow has managed to have seven kids and still became a great success. Why not have a conservative WOMAN to balance the female wacko liberal judges?
Makes sense. After all…it’s all about the women now, right Hillary?
But our own GOP don’t want her. They want THEIR guy, who will vote against President Trump and then more than likely help impeach him if they can. Kethledge is big on letting the immigrants come in. He’s a Bush buddy through and through.

(1) Nobody Knows—who can spend more money on vacation? Michelle Obama or her husband? She’s in China, and he’s in Belgium, where even the Belgians had to fork out money for his visit.—–

Obama has spent more traveling in luxury than any President in history…not that we should complain…after all…it’s only FAIR being as he is the first ‘black’ president and all, right? He has all those years of slavery to make up for.
(2) Nobody Knows: In other news, all the nobodies are wondering if the Supreme Court will now decide that Hobby Lobby has as much religious freedom, as the rest of Congress, who all got excused from Obamacare. The argument from the women is they have a right to their “health.”
Frankly, they’d be healthier if they told the man to put on a condom, but I digress.
Will the Supreme Court uphold the Constitution? If Obama can exempt anyone he sees fit, (Like the elite ruling classes for no other reason than they are in the ruling class) then surely those who feel it’s against their religion to kill unborn babies…should be exempted. Nobody Knows what they will decide…but if they rule all companies have to pay regardless…you can call me comrade nobody from now on.
(3) Nobody Knows whose great idea was it to get the leaders at the G8 meeting to play a video nuclear war game? Yes, that’s what they did. They all played a game of “What if your cities were hits by nukes, what would you do? Ask for help? Call Joe Biden? Go to the Bunker? Send billions to Obama?”
Who thought of this? Bill Gates? Zuckerface? Steven Spielberg? It seems Obama is taking credit for this great idea. Merkel, the only women, didn’t want to play.
I love it. Instead of talking to military experts and generals, Obama thinks playing a video game would be good place to get all the of the world together and compare notes. But, what can you expect from a guy who’s idea of diplomacy is sending gay basketball players and gay sports players to talk to world leaders? I’m expecting Bruce Jenner to get an ambassadorship to China soon.
Really. Have you SEEN him lately?

Something tells me, we should be glad Putin was kicked out of that meeting. Just THINK what he would have said about Obama playing war games.
(4) Nobody Knows why Obama said today in Brussels that he is more afraid of a nuke detonating in Manhattan than Russia. If you ask me, what Obama is most afraid of is the whole damn world wanting to get HIM. Why else would you need 900 people to protect you?
(5) Nobody Knows that despite the great Obama propaganda, SOME of the liberal press is getting tired of being shut out of the White House. Obama’s “picks’ his questions, and every reporter is handpicked, and given the answer that he is going to give them. You will now get more information from the National Enquirer.

Nobody remembers that one of my favorite local news anchorman, Larry Connors, was fired, because Obama didn’t like some questions in his interview. And we have NO clue how many times this has happened in every city, but I bet it’s more than 900.

(6) Nobody Knows that Bill Clinton is in a sex lawsuit involving underage girls, due to his close relationship with billionaire money manager Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex creep.

According to the legal papers, Clinton traveled on Epstein’s private jet numerous times and partied on a Caribbean island owned by Epstein, who served 13 months for soliciting a minor for prostitution.
It seems this Epstein guy has all KINDS of powerful men to the island where they have orgies and young minors, and just a lot of fun.
Will Hillary come out and claim it’s a ‘right wing conspiracy?” Is ANYBODY reporting this but the tabloids?
That’s enough not knowing for one week. Oh…one last thing: they found the plane, but not actually. And it’s always what they DON’T want you to know, that conquers us all.

Just in Case You Don’t Like Mitt Romney…
Columnist Andrew McCarthy gives us what probably is the most important question regarding the upcoming presidential election…
“Mitt won the nomination and I will enthusiastically support his candidacy. For my friends who may have hesitation on that score, I’d just ask you to keep four things in mind:
1. Justice Scalia just turned 78
2. Justice Kennedy will turn 78 later this year
3. Justice Breyer will be 76 in August
4. Justice Ginsburg turned 81 about a week ago.
Whoever we elect as president in November is almost certainly going to choose at least one and maybe more new members of the Supreme Court–in addition to hundreds of other life-tenured federal judges, all of whom will be making momentous decisions about our lives for decades to come. If you don’t think it matters whether the guy making those calls is Mitt Romney or Barack Obama, I think you’re smokin; something illegal.
Add to that a solid Republican majority in both the House and the Senate, so that the Demon-crats can’t block conservative nominees in the Supreme Court, or block/stop a total repeal of Obamacare.

Call it a coincidence, call it an omen from God, call it weather manipulation, call it a sign, call it Biblical, call it what you will, but right after the largest tax in American history was passed, by the hand of a trusted man, great storm clouds and winds came out of nowhere and put millions of people out of power, all up and down the Eastern seaboard. All of a sudden the screaming from the masses of what many considered one of the greatest blows to our Constitution and our American way of life..got put on hold. Survival became number one for millions of people in the East, and in the West.
You might be one of them. Now, I wasn’t there, but I haven’t heard any explanation of how ONE storm cloud could wreck so much havoc in so many states..or how so many fires could have gotten started.

Here in the Midwest, my air-conditioner is still working despite the 108,106,104 temperatures, but the grocery stores are running out of bottled water. The West is burning— the East is without an electrical grid. Not only are our healthcare bills going to go up, (see video) think of all the insurance rates going up due to the loss of property caused by these last two years alone.
Global warming? Armageddon? Natural cycles of the earth? HARP? Who knows? Who cares? What does matter is our government is, in the worst of times, trying to divide us all, and while we suffer, they continue to harm us…drones, armies in the cities, black riots instigated by Presidential
cronies, heavy inflation and high unemployment.
Drudge’s headline today: D.C. dark for days. Well…Nobody Thinks you should not even bother turning the lights back on. Shut it down, before it destroys what’s left. That’s not my government anymore. Oh sure, I live here…but it’s starting to feel like Russia.
Obama has gotten whatever he wanted, just like another man across the sea…hmmmm…Who does that sound like?
Putin..the man who was given a street named after him by the Palestinians…the very street where Jesus walked, is now the Putin Way. Putin was all smiles and freedom loving when he was elected, but like Obama, is was all a lie.

Guns have had a 36 percent growth in sales, and Google is now refusing to sell guns or anything pertaining to such. 
So, I don’t know about you, but this 4th of July, I’m stocking up on bullets. If the Supreme Court won’t uphold the law, Obama WILL come after our guns. If you don’t know it, then you have been too busy trying to put food on your table, but now I’m telling you…it wouldn’t hurt to stock up. Our right to bear arms is all that’s left from us becoming like the rest of the world.
On that supernatural day that the Supreme Court made it’s announcement, Rupert Murdoch was interviewed by Neil Cavuto. He said that he had given up on England, but thought America was going to be okay. And then, days later he tweeted this:
Met Romney last week. Tough O Chicago pros will be hard to beat unless he drops old friends from team and hires some real pros. Doubtful.
Nobody Thinks he was giving advice to Romney, but…it was like a blow to the stomach. Why don’t these people make up their minds. America..or NOT? We are divided from our leaders. They no longer represent us. They are on a whole other supernatual plane of existance…and Supernatural is starting to come to life. Dean and Sam Winchester, demons and angels, the fight is now on.

Nobody (me) was not very surprised today when the conservative top Supreme Court Judge, John Roberts, put on the court by George W. Bush, basically sided with a socialist President, went against all sanity and said that Obamacare not only was constitutional, but Congress could just gather all that money to pay for it, as a tax.
Why was I not surprised?
Those two unconstitutional things, didn’t hit too many people’s lives: THIS one does. 
This is no surprise. I had a sinking feeling in my gut when Justice Roberts said that Justice Kagen didn’t have to excuse herself from this transformative decision. Obviously, by law, she was required to do so. But he waved his hand and said, “Oh we’ll be fine.” That’s because he already knew what he was going to do.
So, why does he get the Nobody’s Fool award today? Everyone is upset— beyond themselves with horror at the ruling no one thought was possible. (Except the dingbats of course) So why? According to all he is a traitor of freedom, justice, and the country.
Because— the judge just took a bullet for the “cause.” The cause being, the White House. I imagine it was for the Bush’s.
Ask yourself: Who benefits from this? What chess pieces were in play in this war for the control of power?
Who benefits? Mitt Romney.
Let’s just say that I believe Roberts took one for the big Rhinos. The globalists. The established Rockefeller/Bush dynasty that we have all witnessed in action. One by one, the people’s choice for a government ruled by the people was knocked off in the primaries. Rick Santorum, Ron Paul, Herman Cain, and Michelle Bachmann were all closer to the people. Not Mitt. He was the last pick of them all…and then viola…the nomination just fell right into his lap.
The big insurance companies will benefit from this, and we are all pretty much screwed.
Did you notice Obama’s speech was pretty lame? I honestly think he wasn’t expecting this. Everyone knew that Obamacare was clearly unconstitutional. The Rhino’s have just moved their chess piece
CHECKMATE, Mr. Obama. Your move. This wasn’t a victory for Obama, on the contrary, it’s a Trojan horse full of political lead.
Mitt Romney needs the tea party, who are still not sure of him. Watch for him to cater to that group, with lots of talk about the “founders.” The race is close. If this had been overtruned, Mitt, who is not the liar or the speaker that Obama is, might have left one too many people staying home.
The Rhinos want the White House–it was a necessary move.
Would Roberts do such a thing for the ‘elites’ ?
He just did.
But, here’ s the question: Will Mitt do as he promised..repeal ObamaCare the day he gets in office?
Does he have that power? Will it stay regardless? Will other fascist chess pieces be moved to saddle America with high taxes forever with NIETHER party getting the blame? Both parties working for the people who pay them?
Is this all smoke and mirrors?
Do any of us trust our government anymore? I sure don’t.
Is it already too late? Nope. Never.
Justice John Roberts gets the Nobody’s Fool award for the week. He just gave Mitt the White House, unless Obama plays another card….

Nobody’s Perfect: Barack Obama VS Mirlandie Wilson

This week, we have the contest between ‘Presidente Obama’ and Mirlandie Wilson. I’m not sure who’s the bigger liar.
Let’s start with the Mr. Kenya first. While many of us who have never even gone to college, let alone taught a college course on the Constitution as Obama has, we do know that nowhere in our Constitution does it say that our “government” can force us to buy something, or we will be jailed…We know it. But it seems Obama doesn’t. He’s either incredible stupid, or he lies. ObamaCare by the words of our founders, is Unconstitutional beyond all doubt.
ObamaCare is a nightmare not only because we be put in jail and fined for not buying health insurance, but a handful of Obama appointed bureaucrats will have the say over whether we can have certain kinds of medical care. 
Nowhere in the constitution does it say that our government can take our lives.
But, we have a President who…somehow taught a class on the Constitution and like most of Congress it seems, hasn’t even read it. He had this to say today in the Rose Garden:
US President Barack Obama on Monday challenged the “unelected” Supreme Court not to take the “extraordinary” and “unprecedented” step of overturning his landmark health reform law. “Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress. “
Yes, the democratic Congress that is so extraordinary didn’t even read ObamaCare before they passed it. It could have said that they were all sentenced to heavy jail time, and none of them would have known.
(Nobody Thinks we might want to start putting some jail time for them all in those bills.)
But she now refuses to share.
“I was in the group, but this was separate. The winning ticket was a separate ticket,” the single mother of seven said as she and her fiancé left her home in the squalid Westport neighborhood to attend church.
“She can’t do this to us!” said Suleiman Osman Husein, a shift manager and one of 15 members in the pool. “We each paid $5. She took everybody’s money!”
So, do you believe that Mirlandie had a good scam going on here? Gathering everybody’s money and buying lottery tickets with it?
I’d say, Obama and Mirlandie make a good pair.
It’s my Nobody’s Opinion that Obama lied about his healthcare being Constitutional because he admits he doesn’t even like the Constitution, ( And who knows if he has even read it?) and Mirlandie lied about buying the winning ticket on her own. After all, she figures she has seven kids to support, why share? (Bet she still gets food stamps)
But, I’d say Obama is the bigger threat here. Mirlandie doesn’t have the power to deprive any of McDonalds employees from getting a new kidney. Obama will have the power over life and death of all of us.
But lets’ not be pessimistic yet: Let’s hope Mr. Kennedy wants to go down in history as having read the Constitution, and Mirlandie has to prove to a judge that she actually brought that ticket separate…and that’s not going to be easy.
There has to be some perfect outcomes somewhere, right? Uh…right? Uh…
Daniel Hannan Talks About Common Law

While the Supreme Court is going to decide about whether the federal government has the right to tell us all that we MUST buy something, or else face jail time and fines, I thought this video of Daniel Hannon should be shown to remind us just how far our country has come from giving the individual citizen the liberty that was once, the very basis of common law. We got our laws from the great Brits before us, and Daniel reminds us all.
Last night I watched a video made by a young man, who was sitting on his new farm, that he had just put all his money into. He pleaded that when the economy gets worse, he will be ahead, because he did not put all his money in gold and silver…but food. And then, the commentators reminded him that the government could come take his land any time they wanted.
They had a very good point. So then, only if you had gold and silver could you fend them off. The message they were all telling him is: once Big Brother gets the power..you will have very little rights.
And this is why I really like Daniel Hannon..he fights for liberty everywhere.
Will the Supreme Court rule to the common law with Obamacare? Will one of the conservative judges give in? We shall see in a few days.
Snoopy Soros and Keystone Kagan

How many times I’ve heard from readers, saying…that’s just not true Joyanna! According to Snopes…yada, yada…etc…and sure enough, whatever I had posted, even though I had researched it somewhat on the internet, was usually told to be wrong..by Snopes. Here is an email sent to me last week, explaining that Snopes is financed by George Soros. He is also financing information being handed out the Girl Scouts telling them where to go to find the “truth.”
(Clever: Set up websites that claim to tell the truth, and then lies.)
So I switch to the Rush Limbaugh program, where Judge Napolitano was saying that Ron Paul was just about the only candidate who could actually save us. The first station came in clear as a bell: Rush’s Station..had so much static, you could not make out a word that the Judge was saying….even with the volume maxed.

We-l-l-l-l now, I guess the time has come to check out Snopes! Ya’ don’t suppose it might not be a good time to take a second look at some of the stuff that got kicked in the ditch by Snopes, do ya’? We’ve known that it was owned by a lefty couple but hadn’t known it to be financed by Soros. Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros: a big time supporter of Obama.
In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check something about the dockets of the new Supreme Court Justice, Elena Kagan who Obama appointed and Snopes said the email was false and there were no such dockets so I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what? Yep you got it; Snopes Lied! Everyone of those dockets are there.
So–Here is what I wrote to Snopes: Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.
Thank You, I hope you will be much more truthful in the future, but I doubt it. That being said, I’ll bet you didn’t know this. Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them.
Folks, this is really ugly. Chicago Politics: and the beat goes on and on and on. Once again the US Senate sold us out!
Now we know why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owned her big time.
All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn’t it?
The American people mean nothing any longer. It’s all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there. Here are some websites of the Supreme Court Docker: You can look up some of these hearings and guess what? Elana Kagan is the attorney representing Obama!

If you are not interested in justice or in truth, simply delete. However, if you hold sacred the freedoms granted to you by the U.S. Constitution; by all means, PASS it ON! There truly is tyranny afoot.
