I think that Prince Charles has found his true vocation…I say that with joy, unless of course he sees this himself and decides to one-up on Al Gore’s global warming movie and decide to make one himself. We all KNOW what that would be like. The world according to Charles is going to end in four years.
Anyway…anyone out there can tell me what a bank holiday is?

OMG…How OLD is Cher? Does anyone know? Since Cher can’t seem to keep her mouth shut about the racist tea party, I just had to go back and try to figure out what happened to this “human.” Sony and Cher used to be fun on TV…and everyone knew that Sony was the brains behind their success. I remember the story Cher told about how they cheated to win their first radio contest. They had their friends call the station and pretend they were 50 people instead of 10 or whatever it was. Cher was very proud that they cheated and did it so cleverly.
For all the hatred between them in their divorce, Sony went on to become a respected Republican Representative for California, and his wife took over his seat after he died. Cher on the other hand, married a succession of drug addicts.
But, it’s no wonder Sony divorced her….she is obviously a loon. She said it was because he tried to “control” her. Really? I don’t think Cher let any one control her, do you? He made her a star. And what she did at his funeral was pathetic. All that sobbing. As if, his second family sitting there in the front row meant nothing. She saw a moment to be onstage, and she took it.

We now see why all of a sudden, VP Joe Biden went into the “save the poor homosexual” mode: The Obama administration finally found some dirt on Mitt Romney, and they had to go all the way back to high school.
They set up this next GOP destruction “bomb” just right. Played right out of the democratic dirty play book. They play these dirty bombs like fine chess moves.
Yes, the Washington Post reported that Mitt Romney bullied a “homosexual” when he was a kid. What are the chances that this story is leaked right after Obama’s big gay evolutionary “personal” and brave revelation?
Mitt Romney evidently took part in a mean prank back when he was in school, by holding some kid down and cutting his hair…who he thought was “gay.” Most of us can believe it, and even Romney doesn’t deny it. One of the guys who was there…confessed. 
Must have taken a lot of money to find that out.
To set up this democratic destruction game play, they first had Joe Biden come out and declare that he really thought gays should get all their rights. They had to make this all seem spontaneous. That got everyone talking about “gays.”
It was about as “spontaneous” as a chicken lying an egg. Good God, even that PICTURE was staged. (Look above, tell me that’s not staged.)
Yes…Joe Biden, came out with a big sob story about how gays should get married and then it was said, Joe “forced” Obama to go on TV, because of Joe’s “big” mouth, and so Obama gave a big interview about how the Obamabater has “evolved” his view on gay marriage…He believes in it. Obama will protect the women, the gays, the blacks..but guard your pit bulls.

Biden delivered the apology to the president yesterday morning, before Obama gave an interview to ABC News in which he said he’s had a change of heart and now supports legal gay marriage, the official said.
If you didn’t think this was a well planned “guide the national conversation away from the economy, to poor women and poor “gays’, then check your feet. I’m not sure you are standing on planet earth.
I guess he’s saving the “save the illegal’s” for last.
So–you don’t have to be much of a wiz to know that this was a very well planned attack. They all stick together. They all lie together. It’s the war to win the White House, and it’s all the dirt you can muster. We saw them do it to Palin.
And this was just in time for the big George Clooney Hollywood fundraiser for Obama tonight. “Money, money, money money…MONEY!!!” 
What timing. The Hollywood gays will be throwing billions at him for taking the brave stance! Ellen Degenerate will be dancing with Michelle. Hopefully, she will plant a big kiss on Michelle’s lips, and Obama can pretend to be jealous.
But wait! It’s only halftime. Obama will take this “brave” crusade further:
The Homosexual Lobby wants to make it impossible for any company, church or even daycare center to ever fire homosexuals or transsexuals. But in just the past few months Obama has started threatening to pass key elements of the “gay rights” bill by Executive Order. He’s declared that he has the power to make “homosexual preferred employment policies” a reality for all Federal departments and any company doing business with the Federal government.
(Talk about bully. Which bully would you fear the most? )
Great. Can’t fire teachers, now you won’t be able to fire gays. Gay Teachers will have the best jobs in the world. We are soon going to have a nation of gay people.
Watch for it!
The President bullies and attacks anyone or anything that gets in his way. He doesn’t just cut a lock of hair off…he’s cutting a whole country to shreds.
Nobody Wins when the GOP just sits back and takes this stuff. It’s time to call them on their games of seek and destroy. It’s time to start digging up the dirt on Obama…and go on offense.

Like most baby boomers I am fascinated by the life of Steve Jobs. I actually remember typing on a typewriter…and having to white out mistakes, and getting ink on my hands from the carbon papers. The advancement of computers in our lifetime, while not as life changing as the car and the electric light in my grandmother’s lifetime, has certainly opened up new worlds for everyone. So the masters, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, have always been hero’s to my generation.
The new hit biography about Steve Jobs, by Walter Isaacson, left no punches. In most cases he was a spoiled, absolute brat, with no social grace whatsoever. Still genius is forgiven when it comes to changing the world, and while the book makes you feel sorry for his family, and anyone who worked with him, they all said, without Steve, none of that fun stuff like the Mac, the I-Pod, the I-Phone, the I-Tunes…none of it would have existed.
He was arrogant, egotistical, mean, but right most of the time. In other words, he believed in himself and for that, he had his dad and mom to thank. Not the real ones, but the ones who adopted him.
While American’ s worship Bill Gates, and Steve Jobs, neither one of these men made the really cool computers we use today. What they did do was find the right engineers, and push the right ideas until they came into being. The real credit behind computers, men like Steve Wozniak, Jobs’ early partner, fade into the background. But— it’s one thing to have the vision, it’s quite another to make the visions happen and that’s where Gates and Jobs are attached at the hip.
The difference is that Gates licensed his software out to everyone, and Jobs kept all is ideas in the family of Apple. Two different business models. Two different men. Jobs was an artist. Gates, more the businessman.
Steve was a Bob Dylan fan. He was a Beatles fan. He was the hippie of the sixties who dropped acid, and went into a veggie diet that deprived him of the protein he needed in the end of his life when he was fighting cancer. I knew so many of these people growing up…the wild and crazy “peace, and free love” kids, who were, yes..children. When they got out into the real world..most all of them grew up and became conservatives.
But what happened to the baby boomers who didn’t grow up? The ones who stayed in that hippie stage forever? Like, Hillary Clinton?
The answer: They had rich parents to begin with. Hillary and Steve Jobs had upper middle class parents. So did Bill Gates. They never left the “free and open” leftist propaganda of the sixties, or even questioned it. They were ‘sensitive’ and were out to change the world. And they had the connections to do it.
You can read the biography about all the clever things Steve Jobs did to make his visions come to life, it’s a good book …but I’m going to talk about something else that bothers me: Why do so many of these people…ones who make money the good old capitalistic way, feel so connected to Karl Marx?
The two biggest capitalists of our generations…were die hard liberals. Both Gates and Jobs were Democrats. Al Gore was on the board of Apple. Bill Clinton was a good friend. While Steve Jobs told Obama that he needed to get the government regulations off businesses back, he still wanted to help Obama get reelected by making a great commercial for his reelection campaign.
Here’s a funny story from his book: Steve Jobs had the CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt, on his board of Directors at Apple, probably due to Al Gore’s insistence because Al Gore is on the board of Google and Apple. Google literally stole the I Pad idea and came out with the Android. Steve was so mad at getting ribbed off by his own board member he said:
“Google, you fucking ripped off the iPhone, wholesale ripped us off. Grand Theft. I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank to right this wrong. I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product. I’m willing to go to thermonuclear war on this. Outside of Search, Google’s products. Android, Google Docs, are shit. “
Did Al Gore have anything to do with this theft? Al Gore is on Google’s board too, and Al Gore and Google would think nothing of “redistributing” Steve Jobs hard earned ideas to the world for free, if they both could get rich off of it themselves.
There’s something about Bill Gates that creeps me out. He puts on that “face” of innocent and it’s no doubt that you would be “gotten.” Steve Jobs at least was honest. If he didn’t like something, he told you. At least you knew.
I’ve never owned an Apple, but, there is no doubt, I would love it. Steve Job was an artist first, and then he became the best CEO in the world. Everyone wants the Apple now. Steve Jobs made sure that the brand meant quality, and that used to be the American way. Steve Jobs wanted the very best, and demanded it. We are all the richer for it.

Who’s Board are YOU on?

I just got finished reading Steve Job’s biography and was amazed about the fact that Al Gore was on the board of Apple. Then I remembered that both Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama had been on the boards of Wal-Mart. So,..I don’t get it. The CEO’s of these big multinational companies are hiring government people to be on their boards, and paying them to vote on the company’s issues.
Isn’t that fascism?

Elaine Chao, wife of Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., sat on the boards of Dole Food, Protective Life, Kindred Healthcare, Marine Transport, Northwest Airlines and several other companies before ethics rules required her to resign those positions when she was sworn in as Secretary of Labor last year.
Richard Blum, who is married to Feinstein, sits on the boards of six companies, including an offshore company in England called the Concord Egyptian Fund. Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., reported receiving $59,460 last year from Behlen Manufacturing, a Columbus, Neb., maker of farm equipment. Nelson sits on the Senate Agriculture Committee.
Like I said: Nobody Thinks there should be a law saying no one connected with the government, or their spouses or relatives, should be allowed to serve on the boards of any major companies. Really, what does Hillary or Michelle know about running a company? And WHY should they be allowed to vote on issues? Is Michelle on the board of McDonalds? Is that why I’m getting apples in my Happy Meal?

And most people know this, it’s a no-brainer. It’s not that gays can’t fall in love, or be in love, or even get married..it’s the fact that our politicians are trying to force the “gay” life as being wonderful AND normal down everyone’s throat. And frankly, I’m tired of trying to believe that Ellen Degeneres needs makeup to catch a woman. 
As we saw once again yesterday, Americans are not buying it:
As expected, North Carolinians voted in large numbers on Tuesday for an amendment that would ban same-sex marriages, partnerships and civil unions, becoming the 30th state in the country and the last in the South to include a prohibition on gay marriage in the state constitution.
Now, I’m not Catholic, but I happen to think the Ten Commandments, are the best rules every devised by a man or a God. So, I thought this video, made by the Catholics was a good one to post. The communist blueprint for a takeover of a capitalistic society is to go first to socialism, then to communism. And that means the destruction of all religions. Obama took that first step when he mandated Catholics support abortions.
The government is suppose to ‘represent’ the people. IF the people say they want to ban gay marriage, then the government should abide by the people’s wishes. The American people should DEMAND our politicians abide by the law. If not, we should vote them out.
The object seems to be, and many of the elite have said exactly this: reduce the population. More gay people, more abortions— means less people to pollute the earth.

Nobody Has a New Buddy!
Nobody Has A Late Night Flash!
Sometimes God puts a creature on the earth that just defies all records: That’s my new buddy Gabriel. He was found wandering in the streets…and taken in by the humane society, where a good guy named PAT decided to grab him and bring him home to his neighbor Pattie, (my best friend Pattie) Now, Pattie, weighs less than Gabriel, and so, Gabriel has been a handful. He has eaten her curtains, the wood off her door, and thought that last full moon was so wonderful, he howled at it all night. (And barked.)
In other words, he is himself in all his God-given glory, a wonderful dog. But…there is something just so wonderful about Gabriel that I can’t explain…he’s so sweet. Those big brown eyes look in your face and just talk.
I believe God sends us challenges in our life. We might not know at the time why God sends us the problems in life, but later on, when we look back, problems shape our souls. I don’t know how Gabriel came to happen upon Pattie’s door, but there he was. Big and lovable, and a handful.
I’m hoping my friend Pattie keeps Gabriel…because he just wants what we all want in the end: To be loved for ourselves…faults and all. All new relationships take time. And I can’t imagine anyone abandoning such a dog, unless they just couldn’t afford to feed him.
Having said that…I have never met a more loving and cuddly dog..next to my own two mutts of course!

They make, of all things SALSA FOR DOGS! Really. How cool is that?
Pattie took the pictures, and it was Kentucky Derby Day at Pattie’s house…dogs and all. My horse came in second…I bet the Pyramids of Egypt and lost. So I guess the Pyramids get to stay in Egypt.
Pattie… just like last year, picked the winner. And she has a winner in Gabriel. All she needs now is a moving van.

When it comes to making money, nobody is better at it than “governments.” This time, we have China VS the United States: Which one is better at making a profit off the suffering of it’s people? Let’s see.
First: In China, they have a “You can only have one baby.” policy…Yes, the government restricts you to just having one baby, leaving out all the fun of sibling rivalry…and so, LOTS of babies are aborted and put into the trash. But the clever Chinese have found a way to recycle those dead babies:

Second: So, how does the United States make money off of the suffering of its people? Last week Drudge reported that 42% of the American population were obese. How did this happen? Are we really a bunch fat and lazy spoiled brats?
Part of the reason is the crap in our food and soda, but much more secretly, is what the government has been secretly doing to our thyroids since 1960’s…the “Healthy for your teeth!” poison that they been putting in our water: Fluoride is slowly making us all fat, sick…and poorer because we have to buy pills to treat our fat and poor sick selves.
(Have you noticed that all the ‘diet’ pills are really expensive?)
In the 1930’s, German and Austrian scientist found out that overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) could be treated by bathing patients in water containing minute amounts of fluoride. And 70% of America has been forced to drink floriated water.
Why? Because it’s good for business! The fertilizers companies and pharmaceuticals worked out a deal with our government. We get sick, they get rich.

So the bull that they have been feeding us for decades about fluoride being good for our teeth, is just that: bull. Kentucky is the most floriated state, and it’s also rates NO 1 in cancer and worst rate of cavities in children and the most toothless adults. The fractures in race horses could be due to the water. And it’s getting into wine, grapes, and other portions of our food. 
Try to prove it that our government cares about this, and you can’t. Our government doesn’t do any studies…don’t even bother to go there, because you will fall down a big black hole of nothing.
Hospitals don’t test for fluoride poisoning, and the doctors don’t even think about it…because the pharmaceutical companies are making billions off of the slow growing population of diseased people, and there’s a whole industry in America of treating sick people.
So, whose better at making money off the misery of people? Does China put fluoride in their water? Will Joe Biden suggest a “one child” policy for America any time soon?

Well…it’s a full moon alright. I was saying to myself, well Joyanna, you can’t write about the stuff you usually do because you are so busy calling auto centers and saying, “Do you have any Chevy Impala’s?” Yes, I am pretty much sick of any kind of car that was ever invented. I’ve been to at least 30 dealers. The cars are starting to all look like booby traps for insanity.
My old 94 Cougar, (73,000m) got bombarded by hail, and it’s now…well..I don’t know where it’s at. I took it to a body shop, and my insurance told me it was not worth keeping. I’ve had some kind of a car since I was sixteen, and never been without one that I could get into and go.
I am…slighty crazy about NOT having a car.
Here we see some cars of the rich. Alice Walton drives a 2006 Ford 5-150. Ingvard Kamprad, Ikea founder drives a 1993 Volvo 240. Mark Zuckerberg has a black Acura TSX. And Bill Gates likes the Porsche 959.
So I ask you…is a 2011 maroon Impala too much to ask? See, not all the rich are ostentatious. I think Alice and I would really get along. 
Which brings me to a blog, that I was thinking of writing, because I am so sick of everyone else in the world complaining that Americans are selfish because they all have cars, while the rest of the world have bikes. And I am hearing that stupid complaint more often.
Okay,…focus on the subject of cars Joyanna.
An American without a car is like a carpenter without a hammer. I think Jesus said that. If he didn’t he should have.
And then, to make things worse, my internet went down….!!
“Hello” I said to the Charter tech guy, “I can’t get on during the day, but I can get on at night…what’ s up with that?”
“Sounds like a software problem to me.” he said.
And that’s why he gets paid the big bucks.
I went on one of my favorite sites tonight (Luxurylaunches.com) and coincidentally came upon an article which had the cars that the rich drive. I will be thinking of the second richest woman in the world tomorrow as I continue my search for the “perfect” Impala. My logic tells me I have one week to find a car, and if I haven’t found one by the last day, I’m going to buy a bottle of cheap wine, drink the whole thing, and then pick the first one I like.
And PS…if I’m not here this weekend, it’s because my computer died. In that case, I’ll be sure and blame the next car salesman I see.
One other thing, Notice how the “face” fits the car? (Alice, that’s not an insult.) Am I crasy? Don’t these people LOOK like their cars? Am I getting punch happy? What?

Some day, I’m going to write a whole blog on why I think Michelle Malkin should be our first woman President. Not that I think she would ever want to be, but Michelle is the kind of patriot that if she thought she could help America….she would.
Her best asset, besides having more brains than most of the faculty at Harvard, is her great gift to speak with wit, humor and honesty. And not many people can speak with such passion and as quickly as Michelle. There is not much doubt in my mind that not only would she be a great President, she would be one of our best.
Michelle has TRUE GRIT. The best part of this video is the ending. Watch, and applaud.

As most of us understand that it’s a “global” world now, and the United States has always tried to use its influence in building ‘democratic’ institutions abroad, the one thing that many of us really don’t like, is seeing our politicians using taxpayers money to buy the political leaders that they want to “rule” that country. While Bill Clinton was President, Jimmy Carter couldn’t keep himself out of any election in the world it seems, and I don’t know about you, but when Jimmy Carter praised the election of Hugo Chevez in Venezuela giving it his hands up and personal stamp of approval…you really had to wonder what the word “democracy’ meant for Democrats.
John Kerry is the New Jimmy Carter. I guess Jimmy just got tired.
Senator John Kerry, head of the Senate foreign relations committee, arrived in Cairo Tuesday evening, as part of his tour of the region, to hold talks with Egyptian officials about the “democratic transformation” of Egypt.
According to Al Ahram, Senator Kerry and US Ambassador to Cairo Ann Patterson will meet with Muslim Brotherhood presidential candidate and head of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) Mohamed Mursi, at the FJP headquarters on Wednesday. Kerry’s last visit to Cairo was in early December. In their meeting then with the Democratic senator from Massachusetts, Brotherhood officials vowed to respect civil rights and international treaties, attempting to allay fears that the Islamist organization would revoke Egypt’s peace treaty with Israel.
Oh sure. “respect civil rights?” The Muslim brotherhood will respect civil rights…..

Right now there are riots in the streets and the military still holds power which to many of us means the U.S. still holds power because we pretty much gave them that military. We have given Egypt 2 billion dollars a year in aid since 1979, and 1.3 billion yearly for defense. In return, they were to leave Israel alone. 
According to the State Department, that equipment has included fighter jets, tanks, armored personnel carriers, Apache helicopters, anti-aircraft missile batteries and aerial surveillance aircraft.
The Muslim brotherhood want the Whites House blessings…and our continued billions, and since Obama just gave Kenya a big bundle of money, you can bet…that the Muslim Brotherhood will get his full support.
Obama talks a good game of being tough..but watch what he does. And Nobody Wonders what John Kerry will say after the Muslim Brotherhood are handed Egypt?

The Tasmanian Crab
Nobody Wonders
If you have followed me for long, than many of you are familar with the comments of the most intelligent gentlemen that goes by the name of ‘amfortas’. Amfortas lives in the paradise of Tasmania.
And THIS is a crab…from that very place. He weights over 30 pounds and he is being sent to Enland to rest in his old age in some lovely place…and I’m sure he will miss his Tasmanian home.
Having said that: Nobody Wants to know: amfortas…What exactly are the Tasmanians doing to grow such huge crabs? I’m sure I speak for everyone!

I am a nobody. If the different classes of America were color-coded, I would be in the yucky brown, one rung up from the bottom. I grew up in Naples, Florida and live near the Mississippi River now with my husband and two dogs. I am part of the slowly disappearing middle-class. I was a musician most of my life: drummer/singer/keyboards—but I retired before the plastic surgery flu hit. I have no degrees, which could be a good thing…depending on how you view our educational system. I do have three patents…but that really doesn’t make me a somebody.
