Nobody (me) was not very surprised today when the conservative top Supreme Court Judge, John Roberts, put on the court by George W. Bush, basically sided with a socialist President, went against all sanity and said that Obamacare not only was constitutional, but Congress could just gather all that money to pay for it, as a tax.
Why was I not surprised?
Because, my friends of so little memory— the Supreme Court has ruled against the Constitution before: They said that corporations were people—so that hundreds of big multinational companies and billionaires could buy public offices. They threw out a citizens’ right to his property–one of the very basic rights fought for by our founders. Now, if a big company sees fit, they can just come in and take your property for the “good of the people”.
Those two unconstitutional things, didn’t hit too many people’s lives: THIS one does.
This is no surprise. I had a sinking feeling in my gut when Justice Roberts said that Justice Kagen didn’t have to excuse herself from this transformative decision. Obviously, by law, she was required to do so. But he waved his hand and said, “Oh we’ll be fine.” That’s because he already knew what he was going to do.
So, why does he get the Nobody’s Fool award today? Everyone is upset— beyond themselves with horror at the ruling no one thought was possible. (Except the dingbats of course) So why? According to all he is a traitor of freedom, justice, and the country.
Because— the judge just took a bullet for the “cause.” The cause being, the White House. I imagine it was for the Bush’s.
Ask yourself: Who benefits from this? What chess pieces were in play in this war for the control of power?
Who benefits? Mitt Romney.
Let’s just say that I believe Roberts took one for the big Rhinos. The globalists. The established Rockefeller/Bush dynasty that we have all witnessed in action. One by one, the people’s choice for a government ruled by the people was knocked off in the primaries. Rick Santorum, Ron Paul, Herman Cain, and Michelle Bachmann were all closer to the people. Not Mitt. He was the last pick of them all…and then viola…the nomination just fell right into his lap.
The big insurance companies will benefit from this, and we are all pretty much screwed.
Did you notice Obama’s speech was pretty lame? I honestly think he wasn’t expecting this. Everyone knew that Obamacare was clearly unconstitutional. The Rhino’s have just moved their chess piece
CHECKMATE, Mr. Obama. Your move. This wasn’t a victory for Obama, on the contrary, it’s a Trojan horse full of political lead.
Mitt Romney needs the tea party, who are still not sure of him. Watch for him to cater to that group, with lots of talk about the “founders.” The race is close. If this had been overtruned, Mitt, who is not the liar or the speaker that Obama is, might have left one too many people staying home.
The Rhinos want the White House–it was a necessary move.
Would Roberts do such a thing for the ‘elites’ ?
He just did.
But, here’ s the question: Will Mitt do as he promised..repeal ObamaCare the day he gets in office?
Does he have that power? Will it stay regardless? Will other fascist chess pieces be moved to saddle America with high taxes forever with NIETHER party getting the blame? Both parties working for the people who pay them?
Is this all smoke and mirrors?
Do any of us trust our government anymore? I sure don’t.
Is it already too late? Nope. Never.
Justice John Roberts gets the Nobody’s Fool award for the week. He just gave Mitt the White House, unless Obama plays another card….
Last night, in a desperate attempt to force Scott Walker to lose Tuesday’s recall election in Wisconsin, all the people against him, gathered around, held progressive hands, and calmly called Gaia, or the great om master in the sky…and they collectively …ommmed.
This omming voodoo did not actually work..(Let’s not tell them why.) I’m sure all the Tea Party people were glad the liberal nut jobs finally shut up, and quite playing bongo drums.
So..Did hundreds of liberal wacko’s “omming” in front of the Capitol actually helpthem “LOSE”? They did…big time.
I don’t know, but I bet we see some voodoo dolls of Mitt Romeny stuck with pins outside the voting booths in November. Maybe some people will scarifice a few lambs, on the White House steps in the name of democray.
Nobody Knows, but I suggest all the liberals take up ommng in the Presidential election…so we can listen to more of this:#ooid=c5aGV5NDoA6ce1rjC1bw0mS3Rsg–pIY
It was past midnight when I ran into one of my neighbors who was out walking her little dog, Elvis. She was moving she said, and we got to talking about how the whole North County of St. Louis had deteriorated, and it was good that she was getting out. We both admitted the “downfall” had started decades ago…around the 70’s. I remember many white families moving away from the “black” exodus North, as it was called back then, and stopped to wonder…just how slowly the changes had taken place.
Now, I’m about as prejudice as the next man. I don’t like mean people. I don’t like dishonest people. But short of that, if you are decent, and caring, take care of your family and your house, I really don’t care what color you skin is. I always judged the person first, and have since I was a kid.
But, I’ve watched my neighborhood go from being 80 percent white to 75 percent black throughout my lifetime, and while many white people that I know have left, I have no intention of moving away. …unless the crime gets too bad and I must. I like most all my black neighbors, but the few who I don’t like, I wouldn’t get along with even if they were white. I get along with less of my white neighbors than my black ones. Like I said, skin color doesn’t man a thing.
I mention this because I’m setting this up:
We started talking about current events and then she was talking about how she was glad to be moving away from the “blacks.” By today’s standards, she was a ‘raciest.’ BUT…not racist enough–she supported Obama. “I voted for him” she said proudly.
(Nobody Wonders: Does Obama want the “racist” white people to vote for him?)
“Uh…you must be union.” I said.
“Yes, I am. You know I would never vote for Romney, he wants to take the Social Security from old people! You know, many people need Social Security and Medicare!”
Even if I gave her a lesson in simple economics, I knew she wouldn’t listen.
The fact that Obama was one of her hated “black” people didn’t even come up. As long as she got her big paycheck, which she attributed to Obama, she was voting for him.
As I listened to this rant by Michal Savage today,(see below) who puts what many of us feel into words…and I remember how hopeless I felt after I realized just how many people are like my neighbor. They are listening to all the “sound bites” and not even questioning Obama. And then I realized that every union man, and most likely everyone that works for the unionized government will vote for him. That’s half the country. The ones making the money now, think that they will lose it if they DON’T vote democrat.
It’s a lie, but you can’t tell them that. After all, most of them just got a raise.
The nation of “have” and “have-nots” will not only be the “rich” but the “union” members vs. the rest of us. The numbers for the “rest of us” is getting slim.
The unions ruined America. They’ made almost twice in salaries (adding their benefits) as what the private sector makes. Like the rioters in Greece, they have been making so much money for so long, they don’t see the cliff coming down the road. And why should they?
Human nature is all about survival.
In a way, I envy my neighbor. I know in ten years from now I will be in the minority in my own neighborhood. And it won’t be the blacks, or the Asians, that I will want to get away from..It will be the Muslims.
They have come to take over. I will be a stranger in my own land.
Not that our politicians seem to care. They have already left this land. Bill Clinton was on TV today, and all he could talk about was how he was saving the world. Obama will be doing the same thing years from now.
Not too long from now, the money will run out. Our debt beats all other nations on earth. Greece is filled with people who can’t find food or work because their govenments promised them all too much money. Once they were happy campers, getting paid well, taking long vacations. Now, some are killing themselves in the public square, life is just too hopeless.
So, will we become Greece one day? Is that why Obama is having military exercises in the cities? Is that why drones will be appearing over our nation? They know what’s coming?
I know what Michael Savage would say…how about you? What do you think?
OMG…How OLD is Cher? Does anyone know? Since Cher can’t seem to keep her mouth shut about the racist tea party, I just had to go back and try to figure out what happened to this “human.” Sony and Cher used to be fun on TV…and everyone knew that Sony was the brains behind their success. I remember the story Cher told about how they cheated to win their first radio contest. They had their friends call the station and pretend they were 50 people instead of 10 or whatever it was. Cher was very proud that they cheated and did it so cleverly.
For all the hatred between them in their divorce, Sony went on to become a respected Republican Representative for California, and his wife took over his seat after he died. Cher on the other hand, married a succession of drug addicts.
But, it’s no wonder Sony divorced her….she is obviously a loon. She said it was because he tried to “control” her. Really? I don’t think Cher let any one control her, do you? He made her a star. And what she did at his funeral was pathetic. All that sobbing. As if, his second family sitting there in the front row meant nothing. She saw a moment to be onstage, and she took it.
She recently tweeted: “If Romney gets elected I don’t know If I can breathe same air as his Right-Wing Racist Homophobic women Hating Tea Party masters.:
And in response to that: I think this guy summed up Cher pretty well.
We now see why all of a sudden, VP Joe Biden went into the “save the poor homosexual” mode: The Obama administration finally found some dirt on Mitt Romney, and they had to go all the way back to high school.
They set up this next GOP destruction “bomb” just right. Played right out of the democratic dirty play book. They play these dirty bombs like fine chess moves.
Yes, the Washington Post reported that Mitt Romney bullied a “homosexual” when he was a kid. What are the chances that this story is leaked right after Obama’s big gay evolutionary “personal” and brave revelation?
Mitt Romney evidently took part in a mean prank back when he was in school, by holding some kid down and cutting his hair…who he thought was “gay.” Most of us can believe it, and even Romney doesn’t deny it. One of the guys who was there…confessed.
Must have taken a lot of money to find that out.
To set up this democratic destruction game play, they first had Joe Biden come out and declare that he really thought gays should get all their rights. They had to make this all seem spontaneous. That got everyone talking about “gays.”
It was about as “spontaneous” as a chicken lying an egg. Good God, even that PICTURE was staged. (Look above, tell me that’s not staged.)
Yes…Joe Biden, came out with a big sob story about how gays should get married and then it was said, Joe “forced” Obama to go on TV, because of Joe’s “big” mouth, and so Obama gave a big interview about how the Obamabater has “evolved” his view on gay marriage…He believes in it. Obama will protect the women, the gays, the blacks..but guard your pit bulls.
Vice President Joe Biden apologized to President Barack Obama for making remarks that prompted the president to disclose his support for same-sex marriage before he planned to, according to an administration official. Biden delivered the apology to the president yesterday morning, before Obama gave an interview to ABC News in which he said he’s had a change of heart and now supports legal gay marriage, the official said.
If you didn’t think this was a well planned “guide the national conversation away from the economy, to poor women and poor “gays’, then check your feet. I’m not sure you are standing on planet earth.
I guess he’s saving the “save the illegal’s” for last.
So–you don’t have to be much of a wiz to know that this was a very well planned attack. They all stick together. They all lie together. It’s the war to win the White House, and it’s all the dirt you can muster. We saw them do it to Palin.
And this was just in time for the big George Clooney Hollywood fundraiser for Obama tonight.“Money, money, money money…MONEY!!!”
What timing. The Hollywood gays will be throwing billions at him for taking the brave stance! Ellen Degenerate will be dancing with Michelle. Hopefully, she will plant a big kiss on Michelle’s lips, and Obama can pretend to be jealous.
But wait! It’s only halftime. Obama will take this “brave” crusade further:
The Homosexual Lobby wants to make it impossible for any company, church or even daycare center to ever fire homosexuals or transsexuals. But in just the past few months Obama has started threatening to pass key elements of the “gay rights” bill by Executive Order. He’s declared that he has the power to make “homosexual preferred employment policies” a reality for all Federal departments and any company doing business with the Federal government.
(Talk about bully. Which bully would you fear the most? )
Great. Can’t fire teachers, now you won’t be able to fire gays. Gay Teachers will have the best jobs in the world. We are soon going to have a nation of gay people.
Watch for it!
The President bullies and attacks anyone or anything that gets in his way. He doesn’t just cut a lock of hair off…he’s cutting a whole country to shreds.
Nobody Wins when the GOP just sits back and takes this stuff. It’s time to call them on their games of seek and destroy. It’s time to start digging up the dirt on Obama…and go on offense.
The GOP that backs Romney best not forget—Ron Paul is STILL in the race.
This feels much worse..it’s like I just ate a sour pickle. Here we are, pretty sure that the next Presidential race will be between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama in 2012. It’s depressing to me simply because Mitt seems like George W. Bush’s secret half-brother. It’s almost as if he’s their puppet. They’ve personally handed him the GOP crown, and wouldn’t do that if there wasn’t strings attached.
The Bush’s are globalists…the corporations will come before the many. Not that that’s a bad thing, we all like McDonalds, but the global multi-national corporations have sucked the life out of America’s middle class. BUT….Obama is a Marxist and presents a much more dangerous scenario if he is elected. Still, I don’t want to eat this sour pickle again.
I hated voting for McCain. And I know I will “hold my nose” again and vote for Romney simply because Obama will take America down faster than any man running. He already has. And I’m still not so sure his election is in the bag. Look at what happened to McCain and Hillary.
On every channel now we are hearing from Jeb Bush…pushing his opinion. Since when did Jeb Bush become a major player on the national scene? Two very important -X Bush babies have a big seat on Fox News: Karl Rove and Dana Lash, are both pushing hard for Mitt. Sarah Palin very wisely saw the writing on the wall and didn’t run.
And then this video just came out. Marco Rubio, the very popular Hispanic Senator from Florida, I’m sure had a lot of help from Jeb Bush in getting that Florida Senatorial office. Now, Marco Rubio is a fine young man, but..he’s no Allen West.
Here he is saying, “When I’m Vice President”…say what? So, you’ve already been told you’re going to be VP?
Listen to this tape. Marco Rubio seems to be overly optimistic to many of us. Here in Middle America, we are witnessing one business after another closing down, lights off..our very Republic going down the drain….and he’sexcited about what we are doing in the rest of the world?
What exactly ARE we doing in the rest of the world? And if it’s so good, how come we aren’t doing it here?
We are curing aids in Africa? That’s what he is excited about? That’s why we should be excited for him if he becomes our VP? Or is this just his way of becoming popular with black voters? Or more to the point, isn’t this the “global” world vision of the Bush’s? He is now getting on the band wagon.
I feel like I’m coming full circle again. Sour grapes. Sour thoughts. I’m a sour pickle today.
Mitt needs Rubio because Rubio is very popular with the Mexicans and Cubans. And this Nobodyhas thought for a long time that McCain was picked to lose so that the changes that the globalists wanted to make—- that New World Order that Daddy Bush articulated…could be made by Obama, (Health Care, more executive power) and then everyone would gladly vote for the GOP after Obama. All they had to do was wait four years. After all, Obama has carried out the war in Iraq, and Afghanistan, much as Bush would have done. Once he got into office he basically carried out Bush’s foreign agenda’s, did he not?
And the Bush’s are all about getting rid of the border. The New World Order has always included bringing as many Mexicans into the country as they possible could. Even Bill Clinton has admitted the necessary of filling the gap that will be left after the aging population.
To them, it’s simply pragmatic. America WILL be half Spanish by 2050. I’ve heard Jeb Bush say that with loving eyes. To us, it’s nightmare…America will be gone. Unless all our children start reproducing like crazy—-we will be outnumbered. Pat Buchanan is right. The numbers don’t lie. And the new Mexicans are not being forced to become ‘Americans.’ Not at all.
If Marco Rubio becomes VP—we pretty much have the answer to WHY the Republican Party has been so silent about Obama not being born an American Citizen. Marco Rubio does not qualitfy under our Constitution either. But, he will be key in the next election.
Donald Trump, who once lead the pack on the birther issue, got together with Mitt Romney, and now..is quiet on the whole issue, which if Marco is being picked as VP, would make sense.
So, what do the rest of us do?
We keep fighting….and fighting more. But get ready..we are going to have to swallow a lot of sour pickles. Karl Rove is counting on it.
When the Republicans are always on defense. (I had a busy day…sorry I’m late.)
Ahhh…here we go again: Remember when Obama threatened that if we didn’t pass his stimulus plans or raise the debt limits, or pass his health care plans, then: (1) No one would get any of their social security checks,(2) veterans would not get paid (3) women would die in the streets without birth control (4) Republicans would poison our water and air, and (6) American Idol would be canceled.
Okay, so he didn’t threaten to cancel American Idol. After all, they put pictures of him up there all the time….but he might have to shut down the internet if we keep complaining. The point is every time this man wants something, he threatens doomsday scenarios. The “war on women” that the Democrats launched, is a joke. Women aren’t dying, and they have it better now than they have ever had it. More women are graduating college, more women have more rights. Where in the world is Obama coming from?
He just makes this stuff up.
Today it was the single women he was trying to scare by sending out his attack dog Hilary. (Oh no, not another one.) He needs the black’s vote and the single women votes, and anyone else who is getting food stamps. The rest of us are already sick of him.
He’s continuing his rich VS poor communist strategy hoping to point out that Mitt Romney’s wife is a rich woman, who unlike all the rest of you poor single women who HAVE to work, is married to a rich man, and even though she has five sons (and had breast cancer and MS) somehow her life is really easy, unlike his wife Michelle who is having such a tough time taking vacations all over the world.
Obama wants you to be angry about her life being so easy. Presidents never say these things themselves, (Republican Presidents do the same thing.) so Obama brought out his advisor…Hilary Rosen…to inform everyone that Mitt’s wife is spoiled.
***
They want you to think Obama was not involved in this. (Giveaway…It was the first thing Jay Carney said today: “I don’t know what he thinks about this.” at the morning press conference.
Oh sure. Right.
Ahem: Like many “women” who are at home, for some odd reason, a reason that most feminists who either don’t have kids, or have nanny’s who watch their kids, can’t seem to fathom–and like Mitt’s wife— I had things to do today. I did not have a glorious government job to go to…no, I had other things to do that I didn’t get paid for. Therefore I didn’t have the time either to “tweet” or “blog” a response to Hilary Rosen’s “tweet” attacks on Mitt’s Romney’s wife. The “She never worked in her life” subject was headline news on every radio station, every television station, and probably somewhere in another galaxy.
While the more important news of North Korea launching missiles at us!!Was…uh…not so important.
This was just another creative democratic well-planned attack war to get us all talking about what Obama wants us to be talking about–women. And to a Democrat, all women should work and give their kids totally over to the government to raise. God forbid they stay at home and make cookies.
Michelle came out right away and tweeted an all women deserve respect,” and then we saw clips of Obama saying, “We didn’t have the luxury for Michelle to not work.” –showing you the well-coordinated machine in work. They make their point: hit hard below the belt than come out and say “Oh..that’s not what we meant…oh no.” And to prove it they send in the “good” cop.
Today it was Axelrod.
“I could not disagree with Hilary Rosen any more strongly, her comments were wrong and family should be off-limits. She should apologize.” Jim Messina, Obama Campaign Manager “Also disappointed in Hilary Rosen’s comments about Ann Romney. They were inappropriate and offensive.” David Axelrod, Obama campaign advisor “families must be off-limits on campaigns.”
Obama repeated that message: “Family should be off limits” after he makes the attack on Mitt’s wife.
Brilliant, you must admit.
Following the interview, Rosen herself tweeted, “I’ve nothing against @AnnRomney. I just don’t want Mitt using her as an expert on women struggling $ to support their family. She isn’t.”
Nasty. And tell me, what makes her such an expert? She’s rich and not struggling either, how does she know?
Now…while the conservatives think they won this argument today, they should think again. The Obama’s personally came out ”sympathetic” and then, like the idiots we have witnessed for too many years, FOX news put on Barbara Bush to defend her.
BIG Mistake. Anyone would have been better than Barbara Bush.
Once again…Barbara came off as the “rich” person who instead of making sound remarks about the issue, was defending the “rich” habit of giving money away…and how much money she has given away, and how her husband always made a good living…and also Mitt’s wife has given away..yada yada, yada..playing right into Obama’s hand the main points that, they ARE very rich snotty Republicans. We’re very glad you’re nice, and sweet, and give to charities even though you’re rich Barbara, but that’s not the issue.
What she should have said was that since Obama has wreaked the economy so badly, teachers are being laid off. (A point Jay Carney kept bringing up). Teachers are being laid off because of the democratic unions. Mothers are suffering because they can’t pay the high inflationary cost of food and gas because of Obama tripling our deficits, and not producing a budget, and handing out money like a criminal who just stole an American Express card with no limit.
Is what he is doing criminal? You bet.
You know, the more the Bush’s appear in public, the worse it’s going to be for Mitt. It’s bad enough that he is carrying the “Bush’s” mantle. Obama was voted in because of the unhappiness with the BUSH dynasty…don’t they get that? Too many Americans, it’s not much different from the Russian people not wanting Putin back in office. The Bush Family, we found out, are the Rockefeller branch of the party that most of the conservative Americans don’t want to see again, and every time they pull out the Bush’s when Mitt’s in trouble, it’s going to hurt him.
****
Now, I know that it’s only human nature to want your children’s children to continue in the “public service” occupation of ruling the nation…but it’s NOT American. And like the Russian people, we are tired of dynasties. Even the nicer ones. Go home you guys. Let him win his own race.
In the meantime, the Democrats ran a black President (that you can’t criticize because of the color of his skin, and who just sent out a “gay” Democratic attack dog, who you can’t criticize because Hilary has a lover named Elizabeth, and two twins.
The democratic party is the party of threats…and if that doesn’t work, they use the children card, the race card, the gay card…the “pity the black, women, gay, underdog” ….whatever it takes to keep their power. They are now a Marxist/Socialist party trying to run as Jesus’s Christ’s party.
So, you want to know if the women really have it that bad in America like Obama is saying?
Just ask the American man…he’ll tell you the real truth.
The 2012 presidential election isn’t until November 6, but the race to become the Republican Party’s presidential candidate has been in full swing for some time. It’s been an interesting race to say the least. Potential candidates, such as Texas Governor Rick Perry, U.S. Representative Michelle Bachman, Ambassador Jon Huntsman Jr., and businessman Herman Cain, have dropped out of the running. There hasn’t been anyone who has emerged as the clear-cut winner, although most people are pointing to Mitt Romney as the most likely person to win the nomination. Some people would argue that the reason why the race has been so interesting is because it’s also been a bit of a train wreck. It seems like nearly every one of the Republican candidates has said or done something that has hurt his chances in the race, causing some pundits to declare that all they have done is ensure that President Barack Obama will keep the office for another four years. Others have pointed to the increasingly large divide between Democrats and Republicans as well as the one between liberals and the far-right conservatives in the Tea Party. No matter the reason, this election has given political science majors much to talk about.
As the Republican primaries wind down and the national convention approaches, here is a look at the Republican presidential candidates who are still in the running. We’ll take a brief look at where they are in the polls and if they have a good chance of earning the Republican nomination and running against President Obama.
Mitt Romney – Mitt Romney is currently the front-runner in the race and the one most experts believe will win the Republican nomination. Recent polls even show that he can beat Obama in the presidential election if he wins the nomination. His position in the race isn’t a lock, however; Rick Santorum has been making waves as a more conservative candidate after wins in Southern states such as Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. Still, Romney seems to be the one most likely to win the candidacy and even the one most likely to win the election in November as long as he sticks to his guns on the economy and unemployment, areas in which he seems the most knowledgeable.
Rick Santorum – At first glance, Santorum seems to be in a distant second place to Romney, but he has been closing that gap thanks to caucus victories in the South. The former Pennsylvania senator has never been shy about expressing his opinions on healthcare; lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender rights; abortion; and his own religious beliefs, something that has arguably hurt his chances in this race. His popularity has grown quite a bit since he declared that he is running, but it may not be enough to win the nomination from Romney and he seems too divisive to win the presidency from Obama.
Newt Gingrich – After a 13-year absence from mainstream politics, former Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich managed to raise $32 million in 2009 and 2010 for his campaign. This is more than all of the other Republican candidates currently in the race. He is known for thinking outside of the box and has a good grasp on most of the issues, but controversy surrounding his personal life hasn’t exactly endeared him to the general public. He is currently in third place behind Santorum and, while his chances of winning the nomination seem slim, he hasn’t given up yet.
Ron Paul – Ron Paul may be a long shot in this campaign, but he is clearly not without his supporters. These supporters have been spreading his Tea Party-influenced views on liberty, financial market reform and human rights with the hopes of presenting him as the candidate who shuns regular politics as usual and is more in touch with the American people.
These are the remaining presidential candidates in the race to secure the Republican nomination. Romney looks like the probably nominee at this point, but there is still some time for that to change.
If you would like to learn more about the election process or even pursue a career in politics or as a political analyst, consider enrolling in a political science degree program from an online college. It has always been an interesting field of study and, with today’s political landscape, it’s become especially fascinating.
After you have read Angela’s Ashes, and wondered why when the Irish ran out of potatoes, they didn’t just go catch some fish— when you see this dance you know why they starved. Obviously, the Irish don’t like to move very far when they walk. In fact, they prefer to take steps in one spot, so as to be near the closest keg of beer.
How did the Irish come up with this dance? Where the bars so small that no one dared to dance out of their little space, least they find themselves outside in the mud?
Whatever the reason, it’s fun to watch…and it also gave me a good idea. If we demanded that every welfare recipient under the age of 45 had to perform a RIVER DANCE every time they applied for their check, we’d have a lot of very slim welfare recipients in Mississippi, the fattest state in the union. Michelle is going about this weight loss thing the wrong way. Make all the kids in grade school learn to River Dance.
An hour of this, and we’d have a bunch of skinny kids. They could then go home and eat whatever they wanted–whole bags of potato chips.
Look. There is not one fat person in that line.
Having said that…St. Patty’s Day in St. Louis IS the biggest celebration here in town. No one here can afford to get drunk on New Year’s Eve anymore. The expensive hotel packages cost too much. But on St. Patty’s day, everyone goes downtown, watches the parade, and gets as drunk on less than thirty dollars.
AND SO…I ask you–Was this a good day for the Republicans to have their caucuses in Missouri? The parade starts at 10am. So do the caususes. So when the working man gets up in the morning does he go..”Hey…I’ve worked all week…let’s to sit in to the caucuses for 3 hours and get our country back!” (Somebody in the Romney camp thought of this one, since Santorum won the vote.)
OR…does he get up and say, “It’s St. Patty’s DAY…ALL my friends are going downtown! Green BEER! Let’s go! “
No, republicans are not as smart as democrats…because the democrats are staging Wall Street Protests all over the US today, the oneday everyone goes downtown to drink. It’s the only day they feel SAFE going downtown. The protesters will have a big audience, and most of those people will be…stumbling. There will be many fist fights not reported, because it’s our right to fight on St. Patty’s day! Right?
The Irish people came to America in droves…and they got on the police forces, and built New York, and gave us the Kennedy’s…..and, I’m not so sure what to say about that, but–it’s a day to be happy. I’m happy. People need to drink green beer if it makes them happy I say.
Personally, I like this videos because of the drumming in the beginning. You might like the redhead…which may I add, is an endangered spices. So, have a Happy St. Patty’s day! And go ahead…try to River Dance.
Well, it’s Friday, and the week went pretty much as we all expected. Super Tuesday announced Mitt Romney as the winner, only to have Newt send out an email, saying, “Wait a minute folks, those delegates don’t actually register until the convention!”
So far, Mitt is winning. And now we are wondering, who is going to be his VP? Rubio? Jeb? In order to fight for Mitt old mamma grizzly Barbara Bush was sent out to tell all the candidates to quit being nasty. Behave children! And who is she to make any comment? It’s the one thing that we hate–our entrenched politicans think they are royalty. We’re tired of it.
I don’t know about you, but it annoys the heck out of me that the politicians use their “women” to say things they want to say.
The one thing we do know about Mitt is that Obama has congratulated him on winning…but then Obama has also just congratulated Vladimir Putin for winning his election in Russia. Obama would call Hitler if he was still alive to congratulate him on winning—which brings me to what’s been on my mind all week:
The death of Andrew Brietbart. Many people who knew him personally, think the government could have “assassinated” him, which, If Obama considered him a ‘threat” to the country, would have been perfectly legal for him to do. (He made sure he got that law made.) Looking at it from Obama’s point of view, Andrew could have killed his reelection run, and since he thinks he is the only one who can save America, in his mind, Andrew would be a “threat” to the country.
Nobody has ever deemed the sudden deaths of very famous people beyond speculation that they could have been assassinated because they were threats to whomever would have benefitted from their demise..in fact, I think it’s actually logical to think so, with all the power and trillions involved.
First JFK: Who benefited? LBJ
Princess Diana: Who benefited? Prince Charles, who then was free to marry his true love.
JFK Jr: Who benefitted? The Clintons.
Andrew Brietbart: Who benefitted? Obama
The sad part is…whatever journalist who even dares to look into the real true facts of the matter are shut down. Google sends them to the basement. Once all books are online…most of that will be hard to find.
Nobody Thinks: If something happens to Alex Jones, then we can all stop speculating.
Nobody is also bothered by the fact that Obama wants a homegrown police force right here in our country. (see video) This civilian army is completely un-American. That’s Russia…China, that’s not us.
While Hillary and Obama were quick to embraced the Arab spring and the rights of people to protest, Nobody doubts that if they succeed in building their civilian army they would not hesitate to use it on their own citizens. Obama is taking a lesson from China.
China nips all protects in the bud, straight up. China spends more money on their state security apparatus, than on their own military.
This from the Atlantic:
“My wife and I were in China, mainly Beijing through February and March. In February (2011) a large number of the country’s human rights and public interest lawyers were arrested or detained or were disappeared in the style of Pinochet’s Chile. Once they were gone, people they might have represented and defended writers, professors, bloggers, activist of many sorts were arrested or made to disappear too.”
We haven’t come to that yet, but our political correct media is attacking good citizens with lies and vicious slandering every day. So far, enough of us have stood strong. But when they get their civilian army, it won’t be so easy.
Our “President” has also blatantly told us he will ignore Congress. Now we know why he put Panetta, in charge of our defense in the Middle East. He wanted a lawyer to protect his takeover of the Constitution. Panetta, who was just grilled by the Congress pretty much said the President can do what he wants, and takes his orders from the international community, not Congress.
Will Congress impeach him?
Nope. They should, but they don’t have the votes.
If a President makes himself King, what next? Now—he can kill anyone he wants without trial, he can start wars anywhere he wants, without congressional approval, he sides with communist dictators…could this president be what our founders feared?
A Manchurian candidate? And if so—who is controlling him?
Nobody Knows, but with half the people on the government dole, it’s going not going to be easy to defeat him. Can MItt?
At this point in time, I say we pray that Obama is defeated. He is on track to become one of the biggest depots in History.
Here’s a combination from two emails I got last week. The video you may have seen…Mitt doesn’t let any practiced welfare scam artist get the best of him..oh no. He KNOWS where to get the money!
Show me the MONEY!
And …Isn’t It Ironic? The food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture, is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever.
Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to “Please Do Not Feed the Animals” because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves. (Thanks to Tom Beebe, and Floyd)
It wasn’t the debate tonight that surprised me..nothing new was exposed under the sun. Ron Paul was as he said he is: consistently constitutional. Rick Santorum fell from grace by trying to act like all the previous bad votes he did in Congress were not his fault—and he has a point…It’s just the way Washington forces you to work. He really got some big boos when he said he was a team player.
Most people know the “system” is corrupt.
Newt Gingrich had no great moments, but if he ran on getting our own energy here at home and telling the rest of the world to go fly a kite like he said—He’d probably win.
Mitt Romney did well, said all the right things—no doubt it will be announced that he won. But, at the very end of the debate we saw his dark side. John King asked him a question, and Mitt was pontificating his usual politician BS style, and King called him to answer the question, and Mitt snapped back with that “How dare you question me.” attitude. Newt can pull it off. Mitt looked arrogant.
We have the supreme arrogant in the White House now, we don’t want another.
At the end of the debate there really was no clear winner..everyone had a few good points, but it was after the debate that I was surprised at Ann Coulter’s piece on why all us ‘morons” don’t get it. Mitt Romney is the best candidate according to her. She really has no clue.
I’d like to help her out to WHY Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin, and many others are scared of Mitt.
Here’s a few of her comments, and my…”help.”
Ann Says: Romney became deeply pro -life as governor of the aforementioned liberal state and vetoed an embryonic stem cell bill. (Meanwhile, Newt Gingrich lobbied President George W. Bush to allow embryonic stem cell research)
Nobody Says: We have all seen the video Ann, of Mitt being FOR pro-choice…he was a pretty big boy when he took that stance, and now he has changed. (flip-flop) Also– So what if he was elected in a liberal state? That means that a lot of liberals thought he was pretty moderate. And George Bush’s embryonic stem cell research was on only the embryo’s that had already been frozen. Bush was adamant that no more be harvested. At the time, Nancy Reagan was pushing really hard for it. Remember Ann?
Ann Says: The chestnut about Mitt Romney being pushed on unsuspecting conservatives by “the Establishment” is the exact opposite of the truth. The Establishment, by any sensible definition, is virulently opposed to Romney.
Nobody Says: Ann Coulter thinks the “establishment” is Rush Limbaugh and FOX news. To the American people “the establishment” is the old Rockefeller Republican big government part of the party that we are tired of. That big Rockefeller government was endorsed and lead by the Bush family, who endorses Mitt. It’s as simple as that., Ann. George W. Bush turned into a big government Rockefeller Republican and his family support Mitt Romney. THEY are the establishment, not the conservative TV and Radio hosts.
Ann Says: But instead of popping Champagne corks over our final triumph over Rockefeller Republicanism, some conservatives are still fighting old wars, rather like an old cold warrior prattling about the Soviet Union after the rest of us have moved onto the war on terrorism.
Nobody Says: When was the final triumph over Ann? Was it over when Daddy Bush said, “There WILL be a New World Order? Was it over when his son signed the North American Treaty? Or when he expanded government spending? When he came out and said, “Well the bankers got a little too greedy” and started the bailouts of the bank, with just a “Okay, no big deal here.” and changed the whole world?
Tell me Ann, when did that big government Rockefeller part of the party stop? Hasn’t the whole Bush family been trying to get Jeb as President?
Ann Says: The obsession with sticking it to the Establishment (which includes Christine O’Donnell, but excludes Bill Kristol) by voting for a loose cannon demagogue or a crusading Catholic who can’t seem to move the conversation past contraception is as pie-in-the-sky delusional as anything dished by Democrats carrying on about “green jobs.”
Nobody Says: Ron Paul is not a loose cannon. If he is a loose cannon then so is our Constitution. You are a Constitutional lawyer, are you not? And whether you liked his answer tonight on attacking Iran, (Ron is against it)he is right on one thing. Another war would sink us economically like Russia. We have 45 bases around the area..war should be avoided at all cost.
Still, most conservatives think Iran is another Hitler waiting to happen.
And Ann…Rick Santorum did not start all the contraception talk, it was Obama who set that whole thing up. That conversation is being fueled by liberals, not Santorum. (Wow…Ann Coulter, the women who wrote the bible on liberal dirty tactics ignores her own books. Amazing.)
Ann Says: Meanwhile, Romney cheerfully campaigns on, the biggest outsider and most conservative candidate we’ve run for president since Reagan, while being denounced by the Establishment as “too Establishment.”
Nobody Says: He may not be from Washington, but he is the son of a Senator. Many believe that the big corporations and money have taken over most of our politicians. (Wow, that’s pretty much a fact.) Obama will paint Mitt as the big rich Wall Street guy and he will lose. Mitt will get mad in a debate, like he did tonight. It would be a VERY close race….and they would give it to Obama to prevent race riots.
I can’t say tonight as I walked around the block and looked at the stars that I felt inspired at all by any of it. In a debate, Newt would be the best debater against Obama. That’s just my Nobody’s Opinion. I think Sarah Palin and Thomas Sowell agree.
The main trouble is: Americans are really tired of their politicians…It’s about time they start attacking Obama with every breathe they take, at this point..that’s all we want to hear.
THIS JUST IN! Here we have a video recorded of the secret meeting between Mitt Romney and Donald Trump. Donald, as you see in the foreground, had to make sure that Mitt was the right man, so he did the mirror test. When he tried it with Newt, it did not go well. But as you can see, Mitt and Donald are a perfect fit.
Really, I was doing my taxes all day–so the silence (you’re welcome) but after Sarah Palin said she was putting her two cents behind Newt Gingrich, and then now…we have no idea if she took it back, we found out to everyone surprise that Donald choose Mitt as his man.
To most of us, this looks like Mitt took Donald aside and said, “Don’t Worry Donald, I’ll make sure you get to build those casinos in Shanghai.” I think it was the hat that convinced him
Palin with Newt? Donald with Mitt? Who would have thought?
But, that’s not all who put their money behind their favorite candidates today: Betty White came out for Lou Grant, and Spock came out for Captain Kirk.
The candidates are getting exciting!
Okay, the world is absurd. After today, I’d be happy for Steve Forbes to run again. A flat tax would be simply marvelous. I’ve added up so many columns of what I spent…just in pet food alone, I’m not sure I’ll ever get another dog. (just kidding.) You SHOULD be able to take all pets off as dependents…don’t you think? My Diva Zippy is going to have to get used to worms.
Mitt Romney got hit this week. After prolonging the release of his tax records as long as he possibly could, they were finally released. Many people were shouting, “Hey Mitt…be proud you’re rich! Show us the money!” The other half were saying, “Well, what are you hiding Mitt?”
And sure enough..it was just found out he WAS hiding something. Romney’s Federal Disclosures missed 26 accounts. He was hiding one, or two, or three..or four…bank accounts.
The paper discovered at least 23 overseas accounts on his tax return that were not included on his financial disclosure forms. Among his assets were funds based in what the Times called “low-tax foreign countries such as Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg.”
Not only that…this!
The top donor to former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign, investment banking and securities firm, Goldman Sachs, received over $10 billion in emergency lending and bailouts from the Federal Reserve after the 2008 financial meltdown, according to public sources and published reports. Goldman backed Obama for election in 2008, and the firm, like many Wall Street institutions, is now backing Mitt Romney for president.
Nine out of Romney’s top 20 campaign contributors are big Wall Street Banks like Goldman. Six of those nine top contributors received over $161 billion in bailouts. Goldman leads in Romney’s donation, but Bain donated $327,000 to his campaign. Add George Soros telling the world there is no difference between Romney and Obama, well..just imagine how Obama is going to use this?
And speaking of Obama….it seems he’s married a serial thong abuser.
Our second contestant for having a problem with NOT acting like a big Marie Antoinette diva, is his wife, Michelle.
It was reported by the Telegraph in Britain (just to let you know how controlled OUR media is here) that our Queen Michelle took Qatar’s Queen Sheikla Mozah out shopping for lingerie at Agent Provocateur’s Madison Avenue shop. The bill came to around $50,000 which to the King of Quatar is like 45 cents. Of COURSE…the White House denies it.
*****
You know, I can see our Presidents wanting to impress the King and Queen of Qatar. Qatar is now the location of U.S. Central Command’s Forward Headquarters and the Combined Air Operations Center. In 2010, Qatar had the world’s highest GDP per capita, while the economy grew by 19.40%, the fastest in the world.
What is not cool, is that they had to close down Madison Avenue just so the two Queens could go shopping.
As you can see…in addition to the thongs Michelle bought Obama some really cool sexy undershirts. But still…
Making half the city close down just so you can go shopping is more an action of a King than a President.
And I know…many of you say that “Joyanna…Snopes says this was a hoax!”
Right. Okay. Sure. Next time she leaves three hours before her husband on Air Force Two to go to Qatar, I’ll remember that.
There is no winner in this weeks contest.
Both Romney and Michelle were trying to hide their wealth and power. Nobody is used to it by now.
And I don’t know about you, but I’m having trouble picturing either one of those women in a thong. Do NOT look at this picture.
I am a nobody. If the different classes of America were color-coded, I would be in the yucky brown, one rung up from the bottom. I grew up in Naples, Florida and live near the Mississippi River now with my husband and two dogs. I am part of the slowly disappearing middle-class. I was a musician most of my life: drummer/singer/keyboards—but I retired before the plastic surgery flu hit. I have no degrees, which could be a good thing…depending on how you view our educational system. I do have three patents…but that really doesn’t make me a somebody. The one thing that is constant in my life is my OPINIONS, which i have more than perhaps even Carl Sagan could have imagined…mostly political. (yes…my ancestors were crabby buggers)
Hopefully other nobody’s will put their opinions on my site. But, if you happen to be a somebody, you’re more than welcomed to help out.
It’s my Nobody Opinion that Nobody’s Perfect, and Nobody Cares, that Nobody Knows why Nobody Wins, and when that happens, Nobody Wonders, why Nobody Flashes, why Nobody’s Fooled, but then Nobody remembers that Nobody ALWAYS Reports the truth.
